Tectocker-DOU 123 Floating Wall Shelves, 31.5-Inch Rustic Brown, 40 lb Capacity

Need extra storage without taking up floor space? The Tectocker-DOU 123 set gives you two long floating shelves for displaying books and everyday items. Choose them for a continuous wall display or to add practical storage in a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or office.

Highlights

Each shelf has a rustic brown finish with a distressed wood look, bringing a warm accent to a modern or farmhouse-inspired room. The 31.5-inch length offers room to arrange books, collectibles, small plants or kitchen items, while wall mounting keeps the surface below available for other uses. Engineered wood shelves pair with metal brackets, and the stated maximum weight capacity is 40 lb.

Pre-drilled mounting points, included hardware and illustrated instructions make setup straightforward. The set is designed for wall mounting, with anchors provided for drywall or concrete applications. Buyers have highlighted the easy installation and the finished appearance, and describe the shelves as sturdy in use.

Quick sizing guide

The set includes two shelves, each listed at 31.5 inches wide and 8 inches deep. That longer format works well when you want a line of storage or display space above a desk, counter or dresser. Before installation, plan the wall position so the shelves fit the room and the items you intend to place on them. The maximum weight capacity is 40 lb, distribute items across the shelf and follow the installation instructions for the mounting surface.

Compared with a collection of short ledges, a pair of longer shelves creates a more continuous display area. That can be useful for grouping books or arranging several smaller decorative pieces together, while keeping the arrangement elevated and off the floor.

Best use cases

In a living room or bedroom, use the shelves to display books, framed pieces or collectibles above furniture. In a kitchen, they can keep frequently used items visible and within reach, while a bathroom or laundry area can benefit from additional wall-mounted storage. They also suit an office where reference books and small décor need a dedicated place without adding another floor-standing unit.

For example, a reading nook can use one shelf for books and another for a small selection of display items. In a kitchen, the same two-shelf layout can separate everyday pieces from décor. The rustic brown finish helps the shelves read as part of the room rather than as purely functional storage.
