houthvige 258369 Natural Pine Floating Shelves, Set of 2, 24-Inch

For anyone looking to add display and storage space without taking up floor area, this houthvige set pairs two natural pine shelves with concealed wall brackets. Each shelf measures 24 inches long by 6.7 inches wide, giving books, décor or everyday essentials a defined place while keeping the bracket hardware out of sight.

The unfinished wood brings a natural, rustic-minimalist look to a living room, bedroom, kitchen or bathroom. Choose these shelves when you want a simple wall display, for larger items that need a deeper surface, a different shelf format may suit the job better.

Worth noting

The shelves are made from pine and have an unfinished natural colour, so the wood’s appearance remains the focus. Their rectangular shape and straight, hidden bracket design create a clean floating effect that works with rustic, coastal, farmhouse and modern interiors. The pair can be arranged together for a coordinated display or placed in separate rooms to add useful storage where it is needed.

The listed maximum weight capacity is 18.14 kg. Buyers often praise the natural wood look and the shelves’ finish, while feedback on the included hardware is mixed. The set also includes mounting hardware and instructions, with anchors listed for drywall and concrete.

How it fits

Mount the brackets to the wall, check that they are level, then slide each shelf onto its support rods. This installation method keeps the supports hidden once the shelves are in place. A level is included, and the instructions guide the bracket placement and shelf fitting. For a practical setup, use the shelves to keep frequently used bathroom items within reach, display cookbooks in the kitchen, or give books and small decorative pieces a dedicated spot in a bedroom or living room.

At 24 inches long and 6.7 inches wide per shelf, the pair offers a streamlined alternative to a freestanding bookcase when the goal is wall-mounted display rather than floor-level storage. Their stated dimensions are 17D x 61W x 50.8H centimetres, the individual shelf measurements are also listed as 24 inches long by 6.7 inches wide.

Who it’s for

This set suits people furnishing a room with natural wood accents or looking for a coordinated pair of wall shelves for books, décor and household essentials. The unfinished pine is a good match for interiors where a natural, unvarnished look is preferred. It also offers a useful way to make a small wall area do more, whether that means displaying a few favourite objects or keeping bath care and kitchen items off the counter.
