SONGMICS ULMR067B01 4-Tier Steel Shoe Rack, Stackable, Black

The essentials

When footwear needs a proper place near the entryway or in a bedroom, this SONGMICS rack gives you four open tiers without taking up a large floor area. Its black, powder-coated steel frame measures 27.4D x 68.6W x 65H centimetres, creating a compact home for everyday shoes while keeping them visible and easy to reach.

Arrange the shelves flat or at an angle to suit the footwear and the space. The rack holds up to 16 pairs, and its side bars can be used to hang high heels. Adjustable feet help steady it on uneven floors, while a front bar helps keep shoes in place. Each shelf has a maximum static load of 22 lb.

Buyers often appreciate the rack’s stable feel, tidy appearance and useful storage capacity. Feedback on overall quality and fit is mixed, with some buyers noting that assembly parts can be difficult to align. The numbered pieces and instructions are intended to guide assembly, and an anti-tip kit is included for use when stacking racks.

Care tips

Wipe the rack with a dry cloth to keep its steel surfaces looking neat. Its open, tiered layout makes it easy to see footwear at a glance, so shoes can be returned to their place instead of collecting in a pile. For a cleaner-looking entryway, group everyday pairs on the shelves and keep occasional footwear together on another tier.

How to use it

Set the rack up as a freestanding shoe organiser, then choose a flat or angled shelf arrangement to suit your footwear. The four tiers can hold sneakers and other everyday shoes, while the side bars offer a handy spot for high heels. Short boots can be placed on an upper shelf, and slippers can be kept beneath the bottom tier. This layout makes the rack useful by a front door, inside a bedroom or in a coat closet where shoes need to stay accessible.

The rack is also stackable when you need to make use of vertical space. Follow the assembly instructions and install the included anti-tip kit when stacking for added security. Compared with a closed shoe cabinet, the open shelves make it quicker to identify and grab a pair, the SONGMICS design is a practical fit for households that want visible, flexible storage for daily footwear.
