Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro SM-R640NZWAXAC In-Ear Earbuds with Adaptive ANC

For listening on a commute, at your desk or while settling in with a favourite album, the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro pair Hi-Res Audio with Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation. Their white, in-ear design keeps the focus on personal listening.

Each earbud has two speakers, including a tweeter for high frequencies and a woofer for low frequencies. The redesigned charging cradle uses magnets to hold the earbuds in place while they charge.

The listing identifies this as an official Samsung Canada product and includes an AI assistant in its name, but it does not explain the assistant’s functions or provide battery-life details. Those gaps matter if you are comparing features beyond audio and noise control.

Pros

The two-way speaker setup gives the Buds4 Pro a clear audio focus: a tweeter handles highs while a woofer is intended for deeper low frequencies. Hi-Res Audio is another stated feature for listeners who want to hear more detail in music. Adaptive ANC adjusts noise-cancellation levels as you move between settings, which may suit a day that shifts from a quieter room to busier surroundings.

The new fit is presented as a comfort update, and the magnetic hold in the charging cradle is a practical touch when putting the earbuds away. Buyers describe the sound positively and also praise noise cancellation and connectivity. Fit and comfort feedback is mixed, though: some find them comfortable and secure, while others report a tight or awkward fit. As with any in-ear design, comfort can vary from person to person.

The essentials

These are white, in-ear earbuds with Adaptive Noise Cancellation, Hi-Res Audio and two speakers in each earbud. The product description specifies a tweeter and woofer, but does not give further audio specifications such as a codec, frequency range or battery life. It also does not detail which devices support every feature, so the listing alone cannot confirm the experience you would get with a particular phone.

The redesigned cradle is intended for charging on the go and holds the earbuds with magnets. That makes this set worth considering if you want a portable listening setup rather than a larger over-ear design. Conversely, shoppers seeking a full set of published battery and compatibility details have less to compare here. Buyers also differ in their views of comfort and value, so the stated new fit should not be taken as a guarantee that the shape will work for every ear.

Practical tips

Try the earbuds for shorter listening sessions first, paying attention to whether the in-ear fit stays comfortable. The product description does not provide cleaning instructions, so avoid assuming a particular cleaning method is approved, follow Samsung’s guidance for care. When you finish listening, place the earbuds in the magnetic cradle as described.

It suits you if you want in-ear listening with Adaptive ANC and a two-speaker design. It’s not for you if you need confirmed fit before buying or detailed battery-life information to compare models. Buyers’ comments also mention mixed experiences with reliability and controls, so those points may be worth weighing alongside the audio features.

Practical questions

What is the speaker setup? Each earbud contains two speakers: a tweeter for highs and a woofer for low frequencies.

How does the noise cancellation work? The listing describes Adaptive ANC that adjusts sound levels to help you focus on your audio in different surroundings.

What is included for charging? The product description mentions a redesigned charging cradle with a magnetic hold. It does not state battery life or provide further charging specifications.

Buying verdict

The Galaxy Buds4 Pro are most compelling for listeners who prioritize Hi-Res Audio, Adaptive ANC and a separate tweeter and woofer in each earbud. The cradle’s magnetic hold adds a useful detail for carrying and storing them between sessions. The case for choosing them is less clear if your decision depends on a specific fit, detailed battery information or confirmed AI-assistant functions, since those details are not established in the listing. Treat buyer feedback on comfort as mixed rather than assuming the new fit will suit everyone.
