rowjow Stay Cozy waterproof throw pillow covers, black, 12 x 20 in, 2-pack

If you want to refresh a patio bench or sofa without replacing the cushions, these rowjow covers give two lumbar pillows a coordinated black finish. Their water-resistant polyester fabric with a PU coating is made for outdoor use, while the simple solid colour also suits indoor spaces.

Each cover fits a 12 x 20-inch pillow insert and has a hidden zipper for easy access. Use the pair to bring a consistent look to a seating area, from a courtyard bench to a living room sofa.

The essentials

The Stay Cozy covers come as a two-pack in a rectangular lumbar shape, measuring 12 x 20 inches (30 x 50 cm). They’re designed for pillow inserts of the same size, the product is the covers only. A hidden zipper makes the covers removable, so you can take them off for spot cleaning and put them back on when the cushions are ready to use.

The black, solid pattern works with rustic farmhouse décor and can anchor brighter colours or blend with neutral furnishings. Water resistance and stain resistance help make these covers practical for everyday seating, while the coating also provides UV protection. They’re intended for patios, gardens, balconies, benches and other outdoor settings, as well as beds, couches, living rooms, bedrooms and offices. For a quick décor update, changing the covers is a straightforward alternative to replacing the cushions themselves.

How to look after it

For marks on the surface, use a towel or brush to clean the affected area. Machine washing isn’t recommended because it can damage the waterproof coating. The covers are also best kept out of prolonged direct sun, which can age the coating over time. With outdoor use, bring them under cover during heavy rain: the zipper isn’t waterproof, so water can pass through it and reach the insert.

How to use it

Choose pillow inserts measuring 12 x 20 inches, then place one inside each cover and close the hidden zipper. The rectangular shape suits lumbar placement along a sofa, bed or bench, adding a defined accent to a seating arrangement. Outdoors, the pair can coordinate cushions on a patio or balcony, indoors, the black finish gives a bed or couch a consistent decorative detail. For exposed outdoor areas, use the covers in conditions suited to their water-resistant fabric and store them away from prolonged heavy rain.

Practical questions

Are the pillow inserts included? The product is a set of two covers only. They’re made for 12 x 20-inch inserts, which are needed to create finished cushions.

Can they be used outdoors? Yes. They’re designed for outdoor settings such as patios, gardens, balconies and benches, and their fabric is water-resistant and stain-resistant. The zipper isn’t waterproof, so avoid leaving them in heavy rain for long periods.

How should I clean the covers? Spot-clean surface stains with a towel or brush. Machine washing isn’t recommended because it may affect the coating, and prolonged sun exposure can age it.
