AUVON SH7132 Donut Seat Cushion, 6-Inch Memory Foam with U-Cutout

Specifications

A 6-inch profile of high-density memory foam gives the AUVON SH7132 seat cushion a substantial base for extended sitting. Its enlarged U-shaped cutout measures 4.5" L × 2.7" W and is designed to suspend the tailbone and hemorrhoidal area, helping reduce pressure on sensitive spots. The contoured shape also supports the hips and thighs, spreading sitting pressure across a broader area.

Everyday use

The cushion’s W-shaped front is designed to support the thighs while allowing the legs to rest naturally. That contoured support can make a difference during a workday at a desk, a gaming session, or another stretch of seated activity, when pressure and fatigue tend to build. The hip area follows the curve of the body to help distribute pressure rather than concentrating it in one spot.

Would a cushion that stays in place and feels breathable suit a busy desk setup? The cover uses honeycomb mesh fabric to encourage airflow, while silicone particles on the base help keep the cushion from sliding forward. Its design is intended for use on most office chairs, home chairs, gaming chairs, and wheelchairs, offering a practical way to add shaped support to a seat you already use.

The cover unzips for washing, making routine care straightforward. The cushion has also undergone 10,000 cycles of low-cycle fatigue testing to simulate everyday sitting, supporting its intended role as a regular-use cushion. For people comparing a flat seat pad with a contoured design, the U-cutout and shaped thigh support are the key distinctions: they focus support around the hips and legs while leaving space beneath the tailbone area.

Practical tips

Place the cushion on the chair with the U-shaped opening positioned at the back, beneath the tailbone. This lets the cutout do its intended job and aligns the contoured area with the hips. The stated fit range is 4'11" to 6'3" and up to 200 lbs, and the listed chair uses include office, home, gaming, and wheelchair seating. For a clean, comfortable setup, remove the cover using its zipper and wash it as part of regular care.

Is it worth it?

A solid pick if you spend long periods sitting and want more than a simple flat pad: the AUVON combines a thick memory foam base, a large tailbone cutout, contoured thigh support, and an anti-slip base in one cushion. Its breathable mesh cover and washable design also suit a seat used day after day, whether that is at a desk, at home, or in a gaming setup.
