Porch Shield Double-Seat Egg Chair Cover, Waterproof 600D Polyester, Light Tan & Khaki
Product description
The waterproof undercoating on this Porch Shield cover helps shield a hanging egg chair from rain, while the fitted design covers both the double seat and its stand. It’s made for outdoor protection without having to move the chair under shelter each time.
Made from 600D polyester with UV-resistant treatment, it also helps guard against sun, snow, wind and dust. Double-stitched, sealed seams add protection where the panels meet.
A zipper, hook-and-loop closure and adjustable click-close straps make it practical to put on and secure around the chair. The light tan and khaki colour gives the cover a neutral look in an outdoor setting.
Best use cases
Use this cover for a double-seat hanging egg chair with one stand, whether the chair is set up on a patio or another outdoor seating area. It suits owners who want to leave their chair in place between uses and cover it when the weather changes, rather than routinely moving it under shelter.
The cover is intended for chairs up to 66" (W) x 70" (H). Check that your chair and stand fit within those measurements before putting it on. Once fitted, the coverage extends over the seat and stand, helping protect more of the setup than a cover intended for the seat alone.
Where it shines
Outdoor furniture faces more than rain. This cover’s waterproof undercoating and sealed seams help protect against rain and snow, while its UV-resistant treatment helps limit sun exposure. It is also designed to shield the chair from wind and dust, making it useful for covering the setup between gatherings or during periods when it is not in use.
The securing details help keep the cover in place around the chair: adjustable click-close straps provide a snug fit, and an interior click-close strap attaches to the hanging chair stand. A heavy-duty loop at the top, together with the zipper and hook-and-loop closure, helps make installation and removal straightforward.
