Tips for day-to-day use

The cordless design makes it easier to position the fountain in an indoor spot that suits your pet, such as near a cat tree or in a living area, without tying placement to a nearby outlet. Water and power are separated in the design, and the absence of a power cord at the fountain can also help reduce pets’ access to cables.

Choose a flow mode to suit your pet’s routine. Motion-activated flow runs for about 15 seconds when a pet approaches within detection range, while intermittent mode releases water every 15 minutes to create gentle ripples. Continuous circulation is another available mode. In intermittent mode, the battery can provide up to 45 days of operation under typical conditions, actual runtime varies with use and environment.

The stainless steel drinking tray is designed for everyday cleaning and resists odour retention and surface staining. The filter system helps keep circulating water fresher between refills by capturing hair and debris. Customer feedback often highlights the drinking experience, ease of cleaning, quiet water flow and convenience of battery operation. Opinions on reliability and durability are mixed, so feedback on those points is not uniform.

Before you decide

Which parts are stainless steel? The drinking tray is made from 304 stainless steel. The tray that holds the filter cartridge is ABS plastic.

How long can the battery run the fountain? The stated runtime is up to 45 days in intermittent mode under typical conditions. Battery life varies with usage patterns and the environment.
