OVERMONT OM001936 Double Camping Loveseat with Adjustable Canopy

At a campsite or beach, the OVERMONT OM001936 gives two adults a shared place to sit under adjustable shade. Its canopy can be raised, moved behind the backrest or removed to suit changing sun and views. Need more than overhead coverage? Side and rear shade panels add another layer of shelter for outdoor gatherings.

Why it’s worth it

Unlike a basic outdoor chair with shade only above the seat, this double loveseat has an oversized canopy with side and rear coverage. The breathable design promotes airflow, while the adjustable canopy lets you change the balance of shade and headroom as the sun shifts. Roll up and secure the side shades when you want a wider view and more airflow, or remove the canopy to use the chair as an open two-person seat.

A supportive backrest, adjustable armrests and built-in cup holders make it easier to settle in for a longer stretch at a festival, fishing spot or sporting event. Side storage pockets keep small essentials such as a cell phone, snacks and drinks close at hand, so they’re easy to reach without leaving your seat. The coated steel frame and 600D Oxford fabric are designed for outdoor seating, with reinforced stitching and a central support structure.

Opinions on sturdiness are mixed, including some concerns about the shade structure and fabric.

Who it’s for

This format suits couples, friends or family members who want to share one seating space rather than set up separate chairs. Picture a day at a beach or park: both people can sit together, keep drinks and small belongings nearby, and adjust the canopy as the light changes. The side panels can be secured out of the way when a more open view is preferred. With a recommended capacity of 660 lbs, it’s specified for seating two adults.

When it makes sense

Choose this loveseat when shared seating and adjustable shade are useful parts of the outing. The canopy’s removable design gives it two ways to serve: shaded seating for sunny campsites, festivals and outdoor events, or an open loveseat when you want the view unobstructed. Its foldable frame also suits plans where the chair needs to be carried from the vehicle, then packed away between uses. For beach visits, tailgates, fishing trips and backyard get-togethers, it brings two seats, adjustable shade and handy storage together in one outdoor chair.
