Practical tips

Position the pad over the area you want to warm, such as the lower back, waist or abdomen, then secure it with the adjustable belt. It can also be used for the neck, shoulders or legs when those areas would benefit from focused warmth. For menstrual cramps or everyday muscle tension, select a comfortable heat level and use one of the timer settings to manage the session without needing to keep track of the time yourself.

For care, disconnect and remove the power cord and control panel before machine-washing the pad. Make sure the pad is completely dry before using it again, the cord and control panel must not be washed. Customer feedback highlights the adjustable heat and timer options, with some users appreciating the warmth for back discomfort. Opinions vary on heat output, reliability and size, so feedback reflects different experiences rather than a guaranteed result.
