Nekteck LMS-801 Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager with Heat, 8 Massage Heads

Eight massage heads knead targeted areas to bring a focused shiatsu massage to your neck, shoulders or back. The Nekteck massager’s wrap-around design follows the body’s contours, helping direct the massage where tension feels most noticeable.

Soothing heat adds warmth during a session, while three intensity levels let you choose a gentler or firmer feel. A direction button lets you change the kneading direction as needed.

Use it at home or at the office with the AC adapter, or take it along for car and travel use with the included car adapter and storage bag. Its corded power keeps it ready for a seated massage session.

Getting the most from it

Place the massager around the area you want to target, such as the neck, shoulders, lower back or waist, and use the direction button to adjust the kneading movement. The design also supports use on the legs, giving the device more flexibility than a massager intended for just one body area. For instance, after a day at a desk, a seated session can focus on the neck and shoulders, at home, reposition it to work on the back or legs.

Choose from three intensity levels to suit your preference, and use the heat feature for added warmth. The heat reaches up to 113°F/45°C. Older adults and people with sensitivity are advised to begin at the lowest intensity. A 15-minute auto-off and overheating protection are built in. The massager is corded electric, with a 6 feet AC power adapter, a car adapter and portable storage bag are also included for use beyond the home.

What stands out

This is a targeted kneading pillow rather than a full-seat massage pad. Its wrap-around shape is designed to follow body contours, so you can focus on a specific area instead of treating the whole seat at once. Eight massage heads provide the kneading action, and the direction control and adjustable intensity make it possible to tailor a session as you move between areas. Shiatsu massage and heat bring two distinct features together in one device for neck, back, shoulder, waist or leg use.

Buyer feedback often highlights the deep kneading sensation, ease of use and relief from aching or tense muscles. Comfort and the heat function receive more mixed reactions, and some buyers report durability concerns. These are individual experiences, while the controls and massage features give you practical ways to personalize a session.

What to know

The Nekteck LMS-801 is intended for home use and can also be used at an office or in a car. For car use, set up for a session while safely parked. Its listed dimensions are 40.1L x 17W x 25.1H centimetres, and it weighs 1.86 kg. The black massage pillow has a corded electric power source, so plan to use the appropriate supplied adapter for the setting. It is not water resistant, keep it away from water during use and storage.

It makes sense if you want one portable massager for focused kneading across several body areas, with heat and adjustable intensity to shape each session. If your priority is covering an entire seat, a full-seat format serves a different purpose, this wrap-around pillow is for directing massage to a particular area.

Is it worth it?

For desk workers, drivers and anyone who wants a focused massage at home, the LMS-801 brings shiatsu kneading, heat and three intensity levels into a portable format. The included AC and car adapters support use in different settings, while the storage bag makes it easier to carry between them. Its strongest appeal is the ability to move from neck and shoulders to back, waist or legs without choosing a separate device for each area.
