Mushu drain stopper bathroom sink Pop-Up Drain, Matte Black with Steel Filter Basket

A pop-up mechanism gives you a simple way to control water at the sink, while the removable stainless steel basket catches hair and debris. The Mushu stopper has a matte black look and a solid brass head and cover with a copper popper core. Want to keep a bathroom basin ready for everyday use without adding a separate drain catcher? Its combined stopper-and-strainer design makes that routine straightforward.

Usage tips

Match the stopper to a bathroom sink drain opening with an inner diameter of 1.05–1.8 inches. Four rubber sealing rings help adapt the fit. For installation, remove the existing stopper and place this one into the drain, the product is described as a direct replacement that needs no tools or plumbing modifications. Use the pop-up mechanism to open or close the drain as needed.

When the basket collects hair or other debris, lift it out and rinse it under water, or gently brush it clean. That makes it easier to clear the catcher as part of regular sink maintenance, rather than waiting for debris to build up in the drain. The quiet popper core is designed for a smoother, less clattery feel during use.

Where it shines

This design suits bathroom sinks and washbasins where you want both water control and a built-in way to catch hair. A conventional plug handles the basic task of holding water, this stopper adds a removable filter basket, so debris can be cleared at the sink. That can be useful at a frequently used vanity, where quick access for rinsing and cleaning helps keep the drain area manageable.

The matte black finish brings a defined look to the basin, while the brass body and cover, copper core and stainless steel basket bring together the listed materials in one compact replacement. Buyers commonly highlight the straightforward installation, removable basket and ease of cleaning. Feedback on drainage performance is mixed, so the basket is best understood as a catcher to clean regularly, not a substitute for routine sink care.
