MR&HM Twin XL Satin Comforter Set, Black, 5-Piece Pintuck Bedding
Product description
A satin-smooth bed has a different feel from a more textured bedding set, while the MR&HM set also adds a coordinated black, pintuck look. This Twin XL bundle includes a comforter, sheets and pillow covers in one purchase. Its appeal is the sleek finish and all-season positioning, buyer comments suggest the smooth surface may not suit everyone.
On-body feel
The fabric is 100% polyester satin, so the main draw is its smooth, silky feel against skin. The comforter is filled with down-alternative microfibre, and the listed comfort rating is 300 GSM for all-season use. The set is described as breathable, but warmth is a personal preference: buyer feedback is mixed, with some finding it warm and others wanting more insulation. If you prioritize a cosy, heavy winter layer, this set’s all-season description alone does not establish that it will meet that need.
Some buyers praise the softness and comfortable feel, while others mention that the slick surface can cause pillows or the comforter to slide. That is worth bearing in mind if you prefer bedding that stays firmly in place. It suits you if a smooth satin feel is more important than a textured finish, You may want to skip it if you find slippery bedding distracting.
What stands out
This is a five-piece bed-in-a-bag set, which gives you the main layers for a Twin XL bed without having to coordinate each piece separately. The black colour and geometric pintuck styling are intended to create a more dressed-up, modern bed. Buyer comments are generally positive about the look and softness, though opinions on colour are mixed. Since the feedback does not establish that every piece looks identical in every setting, consider whether a coordinated set matters more to you than selecting each bedding item individually.
For a practical bedroom setup, the fitted and flat sheets, pillowcase, sham and comforter arrive as one matching-style collection. Care is straightforward according to the supplied instructions: machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry or air dry, do not bleach. This makes it a reasonable fit for someone looking for a complete set with standard machine-wash care rather than separate pieces requiring special treatment.

Does the set include sheets? Yes. It includes one fitted sheet and one flat sheet, along with a pillowcase, sham and comforter.
How should it be washed? The care instructions specify a separate cold-water machine wash on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry or air dry, and do not bleach.
Is it suitable for someone who dislikes slippery bedding? Buyer experiences differ, but some mention the pillows or comforter sliding. That smooth satin finish is central to the set’s feel, so it may be less appealing if you prefer bedding with more grip.
Final verdict
The MR&HM set makes the most sense if you want a black Twin XL bedding bundle with satin fabric, a pintuck look and matching core pieces. Its smooth feel and included sheets make it a more coordinated alternative to buying each layer separately. The trade-off is that the slick finish and warmth do not suit every sleeper, and buyer feedback on both is mixed. Choose it for the satin texture and complete set, look for a different finish if staying put is your priority.
