Monster Sleep Ear100 W57 Sleep Earbuds, Side-Sleeper Design, Stereo Sound, IPX6

For winding down with audio while lying on your side, the Monster Sleep Ear100 W57 earbuds pair a compact in-ear shape with pliable silicone tips. Their side-sleeper design helps keep the listening setup low-profile. Sleep Mode silences notifications, disables touch controls and stops low-battery beeps, so alerts are less likely to interrupt rest.

Why it’s worth it

These earbuds are designed for sleep as well as everyday listening. The minimalist shape and soft, hypoallergenic silicone tips are intended to feel comfortable when your head rests against a pillow. Switch on Sleep Mode to prevent accidental taps and quiet notifications and battery alerts while you settle in.

For music, podcasts or other audio, dynamic 6 mm drivers deliver stereo sound with bass and detail. The built-in microphone uses ENC noise reduction to help reduce background noise during calls. This is useful when taking a call in a busy gym, on a street or outdoors, while keeping the earbuds’ main appeal focused on comfortable, personal listening.

Quick overview

Monster’s W57 is a wireless, in-ear earbud set with rounded tips, touch controls and a compact charging case. Bluetooth connectivity supports pairing with Android and iOS devices. The case is described as opening to activate automatic reconnection, making it easier to resume listening with a previously paired device. USB Type-C charging keeps the charging connection in a familiar format.

IPX6 water resistance makes the earbuds suitable for exposure to splashes and sweat, such as during a workout or while travelling outdoors. The design combines this practical moisture protection with a small form factor for listening across different parts of the day. Stereo sound suits music and entertainment, while the ENC microphone adds usefulness for voice calls.

Everyday use

Use Sleep Mode when settling down with audio at bedtime, especially if touch controls or phone notifications could interrupt the routine. For a commute, travel day or gaming session, the wireless design keeps cables out of the way and stereo playback makes the earbuds useful beyond sleep. At the gym or on an outdoor walk, IPX6 water resistance offers protection against sweat and splashing water, wipe and handle the earbuds with care as part of regular use.

Compared with standard in-ear earbuds focused mainly on daytime listening, the W57 adds sleep-specific controls and a side-sleeper-oriented shape. That makes it a more tailored choice for someone who wants one compact set for bedtime audio and everyday activities, rather than a sleep-only device without call and entertainment features.
