For adults looking for walking support with a place to rest, the MAXWALK RL-A42093W12 combines a cushioned seat and breathable backrest with large rubber wheels. Its 12-inch front wheels and 10-inch rear wheels are designed for routes that include surfaces such as gravel, grass, concrete and indoor flooring.

The folding aluminium frame has an adjustable handle height, while a storage pouch, cup holder and cane holder keep everyday items close at hand. The gold finish gives this rollator a distinctive look.

What to know

The large, 360° swivel front wheels help the rollator turn and move across a variety of surfaces, including gravel, lawns, carpet and wood floors. A triangular aluminium frame supports a maximum capacity of 300 lbs. The padded seat and breathable backrest provide a place to pause during an outing, and the foldable design makes the walker easier to store between uses.

The dual braking system offers speed control while walking and a locking position for sitting. Its built-in brake cable is routed within the frame, and the curb climber is designed to assist when navigating barriers. A storage pouch carries personal items, while the removable cup and cane holders keep useful essentials within reach. Buyers often highlight the easy assembly, smooth manoeuvring and comfort, feedback on the walker’s weight is mixed.

Size & fit

The handle height adjusts across five levels, from 33.5 to 37.4 inches, so users can select a position suited to their posture. The product measures 78D x 61W x 85.1H centimetres. Set the handle height for a comfortable upright stance, then use the brakes’ locking position before sitting on the seat.

Getting the most from it

For a daily outing that moves between pavement, a grassy area and indoor flooring, the larger front wheels are designed to help the rollator travel over varied ground. The swivelling front wheels support turning along the way, and the pouch provides a handy place for personal items. Need a pause without searching for a bench? The padded seat and breathable backrest make a rest part of the walker’s design.

Use the speed-control brakes when managing your pace and lock them when preparing to sit. Adjust the handles to a suitable height before setting out. The cup and cane holders can be removed when you prefer to travel without them.
