Marretoo Kia Sportage cargo cover, canvas
Product description
Quick overview
Kia Sportage owners looking to keep loose cargo out of sight may find this retractable cover useful for everyday errands and trips. It is listed for the 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 Sportage, and its flip cover is intended to conceal items in the trunk while giving the cargo area a tidier, more divided look.
The cover uses high-strength canvas, with a lightweight aluminium-alloy cross brace. It is designed to install and come out without drilling, so fitting it should not require making holes in the vehicle. The listed years skip 2018, and no dimensions or detailed fit notes are provided, so don’t assume it suits other model years.
How to use it
Once fitted, the cover can be extended or retracted using its handle. For example, after placing shopping bags in the trunk, you can pull the cover across them to keep them less visible from outside, when carrying taller items, retract or remove it as needed. The product description also says it can be removed without drilling, though it does not explain the installation steps or show how the cover attaches.
The canvas is described as UV-resistant and resistant to tearing and scratching. Those are material claims, not a guarantee that the cover will block all sunlight or protect belongings from damage. Keep that distinction in mind if your main concern is long-term sun exposure rather than simply covering the cargo area.
Practical tips
Check your Sportage’s model year against the years actually listed before choosing this cover. The description names 2017 and 2019 through 2022, it does not confirm fit for 2018 or other years. It also gives no measurements, so if your vehicle has changes or accessories that affect the trunk area, fit cannot be confirmed from the available details alone.
This is a different approach from relying on bags or the vehicle’s existing cargo space with everything visible: the retractable panel adds a physical screen and can make the trunk look more organised. It is not a lock or a security barrier, however. Concealing valuables may reduce their visibility, but the product information does not establish that it prevents theft.
It suits you if you own one of the listed Sportage years and want a removable cover for routine cargo. It won’t suit you if you need confirmed compatibility for an unlisted year, a specified load capacity, or a secured enclosure. The listing also does not provide care instructions, so avoid assuming a particular cleaning method for the canvas.

For your situation
Choose it when a simple, retractable screen for everyday trunk loads is the main goal and your Sportage year is among those named. Look elsewhere if you need a confirmed fit beyond those years, precise dimensions, or theft protection: none of those details is established here.
