LZHOME CKD-01 Hexagon Garage Light, 5 Grids, 26,400 Lumens, 5000K

Choosing garage lighting often comes down to whether you need a focused fixture or a broad ceiling layout. The LZHOME CKD-01 uses five linked hexagonal grids to create a distinctive overhead lighting arrangement. With 26,400 lumens and a 5000K natural-white colour temperature, it’s designed for detailed work. Could a wider light pattern make your workspace easier to use? This format brings substantial illumination to garages, workshops and other work areas.

Benefits

The five-grid design combines 25 LED tubes in a single ceiling-mounted fixture, with a stated output of 26,400 lumens from 240 watts. Its 5000K colour temperature provides natural-white light for tasks such as car detailing, sorting tools or working at a bench. The larger light-emitting surface is intended to spread illumination across the area below, while the hexagonal shape gives the ceiling a clean, modern look.

Unlike a single-point ceiling light, the linked grid creates a wider patterned installation. The Y and V connectors let you assemble the layout, and the system can be extended with additional sets for a larger arrangement. That makes it a useful choice when the lighting plan needs to cover more than one work zone or when a defined hexagonal look is part of the garage setup.

Worth noting

The fixture measures 44.7 x 33 x 18.8 centimetres and is made with plastic and a polycarbonate shade. It is designed for ceiling mounting and uses corded electric power. Included components are listed as an LED lens, the supplied set is also described with a power cable with a US plug, a cable for hardwiring, connectors, LED tubes and installation accessories. For installation, choose the plug-in or hardwired approach that suits the space and follow the product’s installation instructions.

Customers frequently praise the brightness and the appearance of the five-grid hexagonal design. Some also describe it as helpful for seeing details while working in garages and workshops. These impressions can help set expectations for the style and use of the fixture, while the listed light output and colour temperature provide the concrete specifications to compare.

Practical tips

Plan the ceiling layout around the work area you want to illuminate, then assemble the grids with the supplied Y and V connectors. For a larger arrangement, the system is designed to link with additional sets. The fixture is listed for indoor and outdoor use, but its water-resistance rating is “Not Water Resistant”, keep that distinction in mind when choosing its location. The listed voltage range is AC 85V–265V.

Questions before you buy

What colour of light does it produce? It is listed at 5000K with a natural-white light colour, suited to bright overhead illumination for hands-on tasks.

Can the layout be expanded? Yes. The grids connect with Y and V connectors, and additional sets can be used to create a larger hexagonal arrangement.

How can it be powered? The product information describes corded electric power and lists both a cable with a US plug and a hardwiring cable. Choose the installation method that fits your setup and use the installation instructions.

Final verdict

For a garage or workshop that needs broad overhead illumination and a more structured alternative to a single ceiling light, the LZHOME CKD-01 brings together a five-grid linked layout, 26,400 lumens and 5000K natural-white light. Its expandable connector design is especially useful when you want to shape the lighting around a work area or build out a larger ceiling display.
