Requirements
The listing describes the light for PC and Mac, while its compatible-device specification names PC. It also lists USB and Bluetooth connectivity, and says presets can be managed with the G HUB desktop app or accessed through the onboard controls. If you plan to rely on the app, check that its current requirements suit your computer and setup. Bluetooth control does not mean the light is cordless: USB is also specified as a connection, and the product is described as a USB desk light.
Usage tips
The light is intended for desktop use, including gaming and streaming, where directing illumination can help shape how your setup appears on camera. Its three-way adjustable stand and three mount points on the light give you several ways to position it rather than relying on one fixed angle. A practical starting point is to position the bar where it lights your face without crowding the monitor, then adjust its angle and brightness for the scene. The listed colour-temperature range, 2700K–6500K, lets you move between warmer and cooler-looking light.
Presets can be customized and saved through the G HUB desktop app, with onboard controls, USB or Bluetooth listed as ways to access settings. That gives you options for changing your setup without treating the light as a full RGB accent. The listing calls its style Non-RGB, despite also describing it as LIGHTSYNC compatible, so buyers seeking visible RGB lighting effects should note that distinction.
Before you decide
Can the light’s colour temperature be adjusted? Yes. The listed settings span 2700K–6500K, and brightness is adjustable too, no specific brightness levels are provided.
Can it be positioned at different angles? The stand is described as three-way adjustable, and the light has three mount points for positioning flexibility.
How are saved settings accessed? The listing describes customizing and saving presets in the G HUB desktop app, with onboard controls, USB or Bluetooth also named for accessing settings.
When it makes sense
A solid pick if you want a compact desktop light that can be angled for gaming or streaming, with adjustable brightness and colour temperature rather than a single fixed lighting setting. Compared with a basic fixed-position desk light, the stand and multiple mount points give you more ways to direct the beam. You may want to skip it if RGB effects are a priority, since the listed style is Non-RGB. The product details also do not specify dimensions or brightness output, so those particular requirements cannot be assessed from the available information.
