Tips for day-to-day use

Connect the drive to a device with a USB-C port to move files directly between compatible phones, tablets and laptops. For the rated USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface, the host device and connection need to support that standard, when connected to USB 2.0, the drive falls back to 480 Mbps. Actual transfer performance can vary with the host device, interface and use conditions.

For everyday photo handling, the Lexar app’s Photo Backup function is available for iOS and Android and can help organize and back up media. iCloud content backup is not supported by the app. Before using the full 64GB capacity, make sure the device supports external storage above 32GB, some devices may otherwise format the drive with a 32GB limit. The integrated loop is useful for keeping the drive attached to a keychain or bag between transfers.

Compared with a traditional USB-A flash drive, this model is designed for direct connection to USB-C devices, without an adapter. That makes it a practical fit for moving files between newer phones, tablets and laptops that have compatible USB-C ports. Its compact metal design also suits carrying work documents or media alongside your everyday essentials.
