LASTAR CM022 2-in-1 Floor Light Therapy Lamp, 12,000 Lux, Full Spectrum

Some lighting setups call for a consistent, fixed beam, others benefit from adjustable brightness and colour. The LASTAR CM022 brings those choices together in a freestanding floor lamp designed for indoor light therapy, reading and work.

Its full-spectrum light offers four colour temperatures and five brightness levels, so you can tailor the setting to the task and time of day. A remote and touch controls make adjustments straightforward.

The adjustable head and three height positions give you more flexibility to direct the light around a desk, chair or reading spot.

Everyday use

Set the CM022 beside a reading chair, desk or study area and choose a light setting that suits the moment. The lamp provides 12,000 lux and has four colour temperatures: 1,800K, 3,000K, 4,500K and 6,000K. Five brightness levels, from 5% to 100%, allow finer adjustment than a single-output lamp.

For a focused reading or work session, angle the light-emitting panel towards your space. The head rotates 180° forwards and backwards, and 180° left and right, so you can switch between horizontal and vertical orientations. Its three height settings—21.5, 33.7 and 52.75 inches—help position the panel for different seating and room arrangements. The 11.5-by-8.3-inch light-emitting panel gives the lamp a defined footprint in your setup.

Benefits

Four timer options—15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes—make it easy to set a session, while the memory function recalls the previous settings. Use the touch controls nearby or adjust the lamp with its remote, the stated remote-control range is up to 65.6 feet. This combination is useful when the lamp is positioned beside a chair or workspace and you want to change brightness, colour temperature or timer without reaching for the controls.

The lamp is intended for sunlight therapy and also suits reading and indoor work. Buyers often praise the brightness and range of settings, and some say the light helps them feel more awake or supports changes to their sleep routine. These are individual experiences, while the adjustable light and timer provide practical ways to tailor a session. Compared with a fixed-position light, the CM022’s swivelling panel and selectable height offer more control over how it fits into a room.

Worth noting

The CM022 is a freestanding, corded floor lamp with a metal base and metal shade in black. It uses an LED light source and has a painted finish. The adapter, power cable and remote control are listed as included components. Place it indoors near the reading or work area where you plan to use it, then adjust the panel and height to suit your arrangement.

Buyers’ views on height are mixed: some appreciate its position beside an office chair, while others expected a taller lamp. Its three selectable heights make the available positioning clear for planning a spot in your room.

Is it worth it?

The LASTAR CM022 is a practical fit for anyone looking for a floor-standing light therapy lamp with adjustable colour, brightness, timing and panel direction. Its remote, memory function and three height settings make it easier to personalize a reading or work area, while the full-spectrum output supports its intended sunlight-therapy use. Choose it for a flexible indoor lighting setup rather than a lamp with only one fixed position and setting.
