KEZKALS Multitool Pen 9-in-1

For someone who enjoys having a few handy tools close by, this KEZKALS multitool pen combines everyday writing with small practical extras. It’s aimed at gift-givers looking for a compact stocking stuffer or birthday present, and at anyone who might use a light, stylus, ruler or screwdriver during ordinary desk-side tasks. The pen-sized format is meant to travel in a pocket, shirt pocket, belt or backpack.

Could one pen replace a toolbox? Not quite, but it may save a trip across the room for a quick, minor task.

How to use it

Use the ballpoint pen for notes, the stylus for a touchscreen and the LED light when you need a little illumination. The built-in ruler and bubble level offer simple measuring and alignment functions, the two-head screwdriver is intended for small adjustments, while the bottle opener and phone-holder functions add a couple of less conventional uses. For example, it could sit beside a home-office notebook and help with a quick screw adjustment or a small alignment check before you get back to writing.

That convenience has a clear limit: a pen-sized tool is not a substitute for a full-size screwdriver or dedicated measuring equipment. The listing also doesn’t specify the screwdriver head types or provide measurements for the ruler, so those details matter if you need either function for a particular job. It suits you if you want several light-duty functions together, it is not for you if your regular tasks call for substantial leverage or precise, detailed measurements.

Pros

The main appeal is having several small functions in a familiar, portable format rather than carrying separate gadgets. Its aluminium body is described as smooth and harder-wearing, with resistance to rust in humid conditions and damage from a fall off a table. Those are useful claims for an item that may be carried around, though the listing doesn’t provide independent durability testing.

It also comes with three replacement ink refills, which should help keep the writing function going after the original runs out. The festive packaging makes it ready to give as a present. One trade-off is that a compact design necessarily prioritizes convenience over the comfort and capability of full-size tools, if you mainly want a dependable writing instrument, a regular pen is the simpler choice.

Spec sheet

• Type: 9-in-1 multitool pen
• Material: Aluminium
• Functions: LED light, precision ruler, bubble level, bottle opener, phone holder, stylus, ballpoint pen and two-head screwdriver
• Included: Three replacement refills
• Carrying format: About the size of a normal pen, according to the listing

The product description groups the bottle opener and phone holder together, so it’s worth treating the listed functions as a handy mix rather than assuming every feature will suit a specific task. It gives no dimensions, ink colour or details about how the LED is powered. Based on the listed details, it’s best judged as a portable novelty tool with useful everyday extras, not as a replacement for a dedicated toolkit.

What I’d choose

Choose it when the recipient would enjoy a gift that combines a working pen with small add-on tools, and when portability matters more than specialist performance. The refills and gift packaging make the set feel more ready to use or give than a bare novelty pen. I’d look elsewhere for someone who needs a particular screwdriver specification, accurate measurements or a tool for demanding repairs: those needs aren’t established by the details provided here.
