Furinno Cubicle NALU23005WH 16-Cube Record Player Stand, White

The open-back 16-cube layout keeps vinyl and other media easy to reach while giving a turntable a dedicated top surface. A white laminated finish and rectangular profile make it a practical fit for a living room, bedroom or home office. Need room for speakers and a record brush too? The cubes offer space to organize those alongside records, CDs, DVDs and game discs.

The essentials

This Furinno Cubicle stand combines media storage and a record-player surface in one freestanding piece. Its 16-cube arrangement separates collections into easy-to-browse sections, while the open backs let cables pass through and help keep equipment accessible. Use the compartments for vinyl, speakers, books or decorative items, and keep frequently used accessories close to the turntable rather than spread across another surface.

The frame is made from engineered wood with a laminated finish in white. The listed dimensions are 37.1D x 146.8W x 147.3H centimetres, giving the unit a broad storage footprint. The manufacturer states a capacity of up to 55 typical vinyl records per cube, with each shelf rated for up to 30 lbs and the top panel for up to 55 lbs. Assembly is required, shelf panels and assembly instructions are included. For care, wipe with a dry cloth and avoid harsh chemicals.

Buyer feedback on appearance and everyday function is positive, and some describe assembly as straightforward. Comments on sturdiness and durability are mixed: some buyers report breakage during assembly or damage on arrival. This feedback is worth keeping in mind when planning setup and handling the panels.

How to use it

Set up the stand as a central home for a listening area: place the record player on top, sort albums into the cubes below, and use the open backs to route equipment cables. The accessible layout makes it easier to browse a collection and return records to their sections. In a home office or bedroom, the same compartments can organize books and display pieces, in a living room, they can bring discs and listening accessories together without requiring separate storage for each media type.

As a buying approach, this is designed for someone who wants a dedicated turntable surface and substantial, divided media storage in one unit. A smaller stand may suit a compact setup with only a few records, while the 16-cube format gives a growing collection more room to sort and display. Its freestanding installation and open shelving also make the stored items visible and readily accessible.

Getting the most from it

Plan the arrangement before loading the cubes: group records by preference or format, and reserve a compartment for accessories or other media. Keep the turntable and speakers on the surfaces intended for them, observing the stated weight limits for the top and each shelf. During assembly, follow the supplied step-by-step instructions and handle the panels carefully. Once assembled, a dry-cloth wipe is the recommended care routine for the laminated finish.

Should you buy it?

Worth considering if you want one piece of furniture to support a record-player setup while organizing a substantial vinyl collection, speakers and other media. The defining benefit is the combination of a dedicated top surface, 16 open-back cubes and a clean white finish, making it well suited to a home listening area where storage and access matter as much as display.
