FIXSMITH Microfiber Cleaning Cloths 12 x 16 in
Product description
Dust, water marks and lint left behind can make a quick clean feel like another chore. These FIXSMITH microfiber cloths are intended for wiping and dusting around the home, office, kitchen or car, with a soft fabric designed for everyday surfaces.
The set includes reusable cloths in three colours, which can help keep different cleaning tasks separate. Each cloth measures 12 x 16 in.
One practical detail: the care instructions rule out fabric softener, bleach and ironing, so these aren’t a toss-in-with-anything laundry option.
Key specifications
Each cloth is made from 87% polyester and 13% polyamide. The pack contains 12 cloths: four grey, four blue and four yellow. Reinforced edges and solid stitching are intended to help the cloths hold up to repeat use, the listing says they can be reused hundreds of times, though actual lifespan will depend on how they’re used and washed.
The microfiber is described as highly absorbent and lint-free, and the cloths can be used with or without water or chemical cleaners. That makes them a flexible choice for jobs such as wiping a worktop, dusting furniture or cleaning glass and mirrors. Results can still depend on the surface and cleaning method, so a cloth alone won’t replace a suitable cleaner for every mark.
Who it’s for
These are suited to households that want a reusable cloth for several routine jobs rather than a specialist tool for one surface. The three colours offer a simple way to assign cloths to different areas, such as the kitchen, bathroom and car. For a quick spill, the stated absorbency is relevant, for dusting, the soft microfiber is the main draw.
Puede interesarte si you want a multipurpose set that can be hand- or machine-washed and used across home, office and automotive cleaning. Puede no ser la mejor opción si you need a cloth with a specified weave, a particular glass-cleaning method or detailed surface-by-surface care guidance, those details aren’t provided here. Rinse the cloths in plain water before first use, then wash them separately in warm water and keep them dry after use.
Package contents
The package includes 12 cloths in total: four grey, four blue and four yellow. There’s no separate tool or cleaning solution listed, so the appeal is in having a set of washable cloths ready for different jobs. Compared with buying a single-purpose wipe, this pack favours having several reusable cloths on hand, a dedicated specialist cloth may make more sense if one particular surface is your only concern.
Three specific questions
Can they be machine-washed? Yes. The care instructions allow hand or machine washing in warm water, separately from other items. Do not use fabric softener or bleach, and do not iron.
Should they be rinsed before first use? The listing recommends rinsing them in plain water before using them for the first time.
Are they intended for glass and mirrors? Those surfaces are included among the suggested uses, and the cloths are described as lint-free and streak-free. No specific glass-cleaning technique is given, so results may vary with the surface and how it’s cleaned.
Veredicto final
This FIXSMITH set makes sense if your priority is a dozen reusable cloths in practical, separate colours for everyday wiping and dusting. The size and fabric blend are clearly stated, and the care directions are straightforward once you account for the restrictions. If you need confirmed performance on a particular delicate finish or want detailed instructions for specialist cleaning, the listing doesn’t provide that level of guidance, for general household, kitchen and car tasks, the multi-cloth format is the more relevant part of the offer.
