DNLBBO 6-Inch Cordless Mini Chainsaw with Power Display and 700W Motor

For homeowners handling garden pruning and smaller wood-cutting jobs, a compact cordless saw can be easier to manage than a full-size chainsaw. The DNLBBO is a 6-inch model intended for that kind of work.

It runs on batteries and includes a power display, two battery packs and a storage case. The listed weight is 1.18 kg, with dimensions of 20L x 10W x 43H centimetres.

The main buying question is whether its compact format suits your cutting tasks and whether the reported battery and reliability concerns are acceptable.

Getting the most from it

This saw is intended for cutting wood and pruning trees or garden growth. It could be useful for trimming branches around a property or dealing with smaller pieces of wood without setting up a corded tool. Compared with a manual pruning saw, a powered chain can reduce the effort involved, compared with a larger chainsaw, the 6-inch bar is geared towards more compact tasks rather than broad, demanding cutting work.

The product information lists a 700W motor and two 21V 2000mAh lithium battery packs, with a stated runtime of 45–60 minutes per fully charged battery. Runtime will depend on how you use it. The package is also listed as including two chains, a charger, safety gloves, goggles and a tool box, among other accessories. A safety switch and power button must be pressed together to start the saw, according to the product details. Protective equipment does not remove the need to handle a chainsaw carefully and follow the user manual.

Pros

The small format and cordless design are practical advantages for garden work where moving around matters. Buyers commonly describe it as handy for small jobs and easy to use, and some praise its cutting performance. That feedback is more relevant to pruning and routine household tasks than to treating it as a replacement for a full-size saw.

There are also reports of battery problems, including short runtime and missing batteries, while feedback on overall performance is mixed. Some purchasers report that the saw handles their cutting tasks, others describe units stopping or not lasting. These are buyer experiences rather than a guarantee of what will happen with every unit, but they make the battery and reliability details worth weighing against the convenience of a cordless format.

Key takeaways

The DNLBBO’s appeal is its 6-inch size, battery operation and included accessories. It is designed for wood cutting and pruning, and the listed package includes two batteries, so it may suit someone looking for a compact saw for occasional garden jobs rather than a larger tool for heavier or more extensive cutting. A solid pick if portability and small-scale cutting are the priority.

The listed battery runtime is a product claim, while purchaser feedback raises concerns about actual battery life and consistency. The stated 1.18 kg weight and compact dimensions may help when choosing a manageable tool, but they do not establish how comfortable it will feel during a particular task.

Should you buy it?

Consider it for pruning and lighter cutting around the garden when a cordless mini saw is a better fit than a hand saw. It may not suit you if your work calls for a full-size chainsaw or dependable long-duration cutting, especially given the reported battery and durability issues. Check that the listed accessories are present and read the manual before use.
