FANPROMS Magnetic Wall Decal, 120 x 45 cm White Chalkboard Sticker
Product description
Its magnetic surface gives lightweight letters, numbers and notes a place to stay, while the chalkboard finish adds a spot for drawing or reminders. The FANPROMS Magnetic Wall Decal measures 120 x 45 cm and is designed to stick onto a smooth, flat surface. Could one wall space serve both creative play and everyday notes? This combines those uses in a single panel.
How to use it
Choose a smooth, flat installation area, such as glass, metal or tile, then apply the self-adhesive decal. Once mounted, it can hold lightweight magnetic items such as letters, numbers, puzzles, photos or notes. Chalk can be used for writing and drawing, so the panel can move between a play surface and a memo area without needing a separate board for each task.
For example, in a playroom, children could arrange magnetic letters and draw beside them, in a home office, the same surface could display a note and a chalk-written reminder. The product is described as removable without residue, but removal may damage wallpaper or latex-painted walls. Its stated surface guidance makes smooth, flat areas the more suitable choice.

What you’ll notice day to day
The main practical benefit is having a magnetic display and a chalk-writing surface together. That can be useful when a household wants to keep small learning pieces, artwork or reminders visible rather than storing them away, while still leaving room for drawing. The white finish also gives the panel a different look from a conventional dark chalkboard, though the source does not specify how chalk appears on it or which chalk is suitable.
Compared with buying a separate chalkboard and magnetic board, this decal brings both functions to one wall area. That integrated format may suit a playroom, classroom or home office where space is limited and the surface is appropriate for adhesive mounting. It is intended for lightweight magnetic objects, so it should not be treated as a way to hang heavier items. A fully moistened cloth is specified for erasing handwriting, no other cleaning method is provided.
You’ll like it if you want one wall-mounted area for chalk notes and lightweight magnetic pieces. If you prioritize a removable display, bear in mind that the product’s removal guidance warns of possible damage to wallpaper or latex paint. You may want to skip it if the intended spot is one of those painted or wallpapered surfaces and preserving the finish is important.
What to clarify
What surfaces are suitable? The stated guidance recommends smooth, flat surfaces, including glass, metal and tile. It does not list every possible wall finish.
Can it hold magnetic items and be written on? Yes. It is described as a magnetic panel and chalkboard, and it can also serve as a memo surface for lightweight magnetic objects and notes.
How do you erase chalk writing? The product instructions say handwriting can be removed with a fully moistened cloth. They do not specify a chalk type or additional cleaning instructions.
Final verdict
This is a practical pick when you want a single 120 x 45 cm area for magnetic learning pieces, chalk drawings and reminders, and you have a smooth, flat place to mount it. Its appeal is the combination of functions rather than a specialised board for only writing or only display. The key buying consideration is the installation surface: although the decal is described as removable without residue, the supplied warning says taking it off may damage wallpaper or latex paint. Choose it for a suitable surface and lightweight magnetic use, not as a damage-free option for every wall.
