EcoStash Accordion File Organizer, 26-Pocket Wheat Straw Folder, Mint Green

For anyone sorting bills, receipts and other loose papers, the EcoStash Accordion File Organizer brings 26 expanding pockets and clear labelling into one easy-to-navigate folder.

Its mint green wheat straw material gives everyday document storage a distinctive look. The material is BPA-free and sourced from renewable agricultural waste, offering an alternative to conventional plastic or paper folders.

Use the A–Z tabs to locate files by name or topic, or add the removable blank labels to create categories that suit your own system. Need to keep several kinds of paperwork together without mixing them up? The expanding compartments make that simple.

Why it’s worth it

The 26 pockets give household paperwork room to stay sorted rather than gathering in one stack. Set aside sections for monthly bills, receipts, manuals, health reports or recipes, then use the pre-printed A–Z labels for quick reference. Bright removable labels are easy to read, and blank tabs let you adapt the layout as your filing needs change.

A flexible cover and two elastic bands help keep the folder closed, whether it is holding files or compressed when not in use. The accordion design expands to accommodate documents and folds down for storage. Compared with a basic single-compartment folder, this format makes it easier to keep multiple categories separate and find them again.

Quick overview

This expanding file folder is made from wheat straw and comes in mint green. Its pockets are sized for Letter and A4 documents, and its A–Z and blank removable labels support both alphabetical filing and custom categories. Beyond paperwork, the folder can also be used to organize items such as artwork, vinyl sheets or T-shirts, making the compartments useful for more than bills and receipts.

For example, keep current bills in one section and receipts or household manuals in others. The labels help identify each category, while the elastic bands secure the folder when you are finished organizing. If you prefer colour-coded storage, the product range is described as available in several colours, this listing is the mint green version.

Getting the most from it

Choose a clear filing order before adding documents: alphabetical labels can help with names, while the blank tabs can be assigned to categories such as bills, receipts or recipes. Keep the labels visible at the top of each section so the contents are easy to identify. When the folder is not in use, compress the accordion sections and fasten the elastic bands to keep it closed.

Before you decide

How many sections does the organizer have? It has 26 pockets, with A–Z labels and blank removable labels for filing by letter or by your own categories.

What document sizes fit? The folder is listed for Letter and A4-size sheets, so it can organize documents in either of those formats.

Can it be closed when it is full or stored away? Its accordion design expands for files and can be compressed when not in use. The flexible cover and two elastic bands help secure it closed.

Final verdict

For home filing that needs clear sections without a bulky row of separate folders, this 26-pocket organizer brings papers into one labelled system. Its Letter and A4 sizing, adaptable tabs and compressible accordion format make it a practical fit for keeping recurring paperwork and other small items organized.
