Cesil 01 6-Pack Plastic Pocket Folders, Letter Size, 3-Hole Punched
Product description
For students, teachers and office staff who need loose papers sorted by subject or project, the Cesil folder set gives each group of documents its own place. Six colours make it easier to distinguish files at a glance.
Each folder has two pockets for organizing paperwork and a three-hole-punched edge for use in a three-ring binder. The pockets also have stay-put tabs to help keep sheets in place.
Made from PVC, these folders are described as tear-resistant and easy to clean. Use them to carry and organize class papers, work documents, contracts or profiles.
Everyday use
Keep handouts, notes or work documents together in the two pockets, then file the folder in a three-ring binder using its punched edge. This gives loose sheets a defined place alongside other binder contents, rather than leaving them to shift among papers. Inside tabs help hold the top corners of sheets in position, while the business card slot provides a spot for a business card or student ID.
The assorted red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple folders can help separate subjects, projects or teams with a simple colour system. For example, a student could assign a different colour to each class, while an office team could use colours to sort working documents and contracts. Choose a pocket folder like this when you want both loose-paper storage and a way to file it in a binder, a plain folder without punched holes serves a different purpose.

Where it shines
These folders suit everyday paper management in classrooms, staff rooms and offices. A teacher can group materials for a lesson in one colour, while keeping another colour for assessment or planning documents. At a desk, the pockets keep related papers together before they are filed, and the punched edge makes it practical to store the folder with binder-organized records. The PVC construction is described as tear-resistant and easy to clean, useful qualities for folders that are handled as part of a regular school or work routine.
The six-colour set is especially handy when several categories need to stay separate without adding labels to every sheet. The included labels provide another way to identify each folder, while the card slot can keep an ID or business card with the papers it relates to. You’ll like it if you want a reusable pocket folder that can also be stored in a three-ring binder.
