DAIXISM MR-21 Wood Furniture Repair Kit, 10 Colours, Markers and Wax Sticks

A 21-piece set combines 10 repair markers, 10 paper-wrapped wax sticks and a sharpener for touching up scratches, nicks and other visible marks on wood.

The markers come in 10 colours: white, grey, oak, maple, cherry, walnut, mahogany, chestnut, burnt sienna and black. That range gives you options for matching different furniture finishes around the home.

Use a marker for colour touch-ups or a wax stick for surface marks that call for a different application. The chisel-style marker tip supports direct application to the area you want to repair.

What it works with

This kit is intended for wood surfaces and furniture, including floors, cabinets, tables, desks, beds, doors and moulding. It is designed for cosmetic touch-ups on marks such as scratches, cuts, nicks, dents, cracks, holes, pet marks and worn areas. For a household with several wood finishes, having multiple marker and wax colours on hand makes it easier to choose a close match than relying on a single-shade touch-up pen.

For a practical touch-up, select the closest colour and test it on an inconspicuous area first. If it looks right, apply it directly to the mark and let the area dry, another application can deepen the colour if needed. The marker dye is alcohol-soluble, so the product instructions suggest lightly using an alcohol wipe on the surface to lift excess colour while leaving colour in a scratch below the surface.

Best use cases

Keep the set with household furniture-care supplies for small cosmetic repairs on a desk, table, cabinet, bed frame or wood floor. The markers offer a direct way to add colour to a visible scratch or discolouration, while the wax sticks provide another format for touching up surface damage. The sharpener is part of the set, making it useful when you want to prepare a wax stick for more controlled application.

Customer feedback describes the pens as useful for aesthetic repairs on furniture and laminate, while experiences with colour matching, coverage and the finished appearance vary. Some customers also report receiving markers that seemed dry. Testing the chosen shade in a discreet spot is a practical way to assess its appearance on your particular finish before applying it to a visible area.

Buying verdict

The DAIXISM MR-21 is a handy format for home touch-ups when you want both markers and wax sticks in one kit, rather than a single-purpose pen or one shade. Its 10 listed colours give you options across a range of furniture tones, and the included sharpener supports the wax-stick format. It makes sense if you’re looking to address small, visible marks on wood furniture, floors or household fittings with a choice of application methods.
