Crtbelfy cordless hedge trimmer 22-inch blade

If your hedges need regular shaping rather than heavy branch removal, a cordless trimmer can be a more manageable choice. This Crtbelfy model is designed for battery-powered trimming, with a 22-inch dual-action blade and a brushless motor rated at 1600 RPM.

If you prioritise a lighter tool for routine passes, its listed weight of 4.8 lb may appeal. If you prefer to tackle thicker growth in fewer cuts, its stated cutting capacity is an important limit to keep in mind.

It suits you if you already have a compatible battery and want a hedge trimmer for shaping shrubs and hedges. The listing describes it as a bare tool, so a battery is not included.

Where it shines

The dual-action blade cuts in both directions, a practical setup for tidying a hedge face or evening out the ends of shrubs without needing to reposition the tool after every short stroke. Its 22-inch length is intended to cover a useful stretch of growth per pass, while the brushless motor is rated at 1600 RPM for trimming.

For a typical maintenance session, that could mean working along a hedge to bring back uneven tips, then using shorter, controlled movements around sections that need more attention. The listed 4.8 lb weight may also make the tool easier to handle than a larger, heavier trimmer, though how manageable it feels will depend on the user and the job.

Highlights

The stated cutting capacity is 3/5 inch, with the product description positioning it for branches under 0.6 inch thick. That makes it better suited to routine hedge upkeep than to substantial woody growth. If a hedge has lots of thicker branches, a tool intended for heavier cutting may be a better match.

The trimmer is described as compatible with Dewalt 20V and 60V batteries, with several battery models listed in the product information. That compatibility is useful only if you already own a battery that matches the listing, this package does not include one. It also has a dual-switch design: the power switch and safety switch must be pressed together to start cutting, helping reduce accidental activation.

Best use cases

Choose this for maintaining established shrubs and hedges, particularly when the job is mostly trimming lighter growth and shaping the outer surface. The cordless format avoids a power cord while you move along a hedge, but it does mean planning around a compatible battery that is sold separately.

It suits you if you have a compatible battery and want a comparatively light trimmer for regular garden tidying. It is not a fit if you need a complete ready-to-use kit, or if the main task is cutting branches beyond the stated capacity. The listing gives a weight and cutting figures, but no runtime information, so it does not establish how much hedge you can trim per charge.

Final take

This Crtbelfy hedge trimmer makes most sense for someone who already has a compatible Dewalt 20V or 60V battery and wants a cordless tool for lighter shaping. The dual-action 22-inch blade, 1600 RPM brushless motor and 4.8 lb listed weight make a focused case for routine upkeep. Choose a different approach if you need a battery included or regularly cut thicker branches, those needs fall outside what the listing describes.
