COOLMUSIC DM80 80W Personal Monitor Amplifier with Bluetooth and 10-inch Woofer
Product description
For electronic drum practice at home or a small gig, the COOLMUSIC DM80 gives you an instrument-focused monitor with 80 watts of output. Its upward-angled cabinet helps direct sound towards the player or audience when it’s placed on the floor.
Connect a drum kit or keyboard, then use the three-band EQ to adjust the low, mid and high frequencies. Bluetooth and USB playback let you add backing tracks to a practice session.
A carrying handle and a protective steel enclosure make it practical to move between playing spaces, while the control panel is positioned for access when the speaker is tilted.

The woofer supports the lower frequencies of electronic drums, while the tweeter handles higher-frequency sounds. Use the EQ controls to shape the tone for your instrument or room. The two channels have separate volume controls and can accommodate two instruments, or an instrument and a vocal microphone. A D.I. output can connect the monitor to a mixing console or another amplifier.
Usage tips
Place the cabinet on the floor with its angled face directed towards your playing position. Connect your instrument to a channel and set its volume, then adjust the low, mid and high controls to suit the sound you want. For practice with music, play tracks through Bluetooth or USB, the monitor can also support direct recording through its USB function.
The corded electric design suits a setup near a power outlet. For a rehearsal or small performance, the handle makes it easier to carry the monitor between locations, and the upward-facing angle helps aim the sound without needing to place the speaker upright. If you’re choosing between a personal instrument monitor and a larger PA arrangement, the DM80 brings instrument connections, playback options and tone controls together in one cabinet for a more compact playing setup.
Everyday use
Use the DM80 as a dedicated speaker for an electronic drum kit, or connect a keyboard when you want an amplified sound for practice. Bluetooth or USB playback adds a backing track without making a separate music speaker the centre of the setup. The two channels also give players the option to connect a second instrument or a vocal microphone, with separate volume adjustment for each channel.
Buyers describe the sound as punchy and appreciate the available volume and EQ, particularly for electronic drums. Some also note that the cabinet is compact while still filling a room. These comments reflect individual impressions, but they point to the combination of an instrument-focused speaker and built-in playback as a useful fit for practice and informal playing.
The DM80 takes a different approach from assembling separate amplification and playback equipment: it combines instrument inputs, Bluetooth, USB and a three-band EQ in one monitor. Its 10-inch woofer, 3-inch tweeter and angled cabinet are practical details for players who want to hear their drums or keyboard while working through a set or playing along with tracks.
Final verdict
The COOLMUSIC DM80 is suited to electronic drum and keyboard players looking for a dedicated monitor for home practice, rehearsal or small gigs. Its 80-watt output, two channels, adjustable three-band EQ and Bluetooth or USB playback make it straightforward to combine an instrument with backing music in one setup.
