Cardinal 50132CB ShowFile Presentation Book, 12 Pockets, Letter Size, Black

Some documents need more than a quick handout, they need a neat, easy-to-follow presentation. The Cardinal ShowFile brings letter-size sheets together in one slim book. Its black covers and customizable title areas give portfolios and meeting materials a professional finish. Bound protectors keep pages organized for sharing and transport.

Key features

The ShowFile has 12 bound sheet protectors and holds up to 24 letter-size sheets. That gives you space to arrange a concise portfolio, proposal or set of reference pages without handling each sheet separately. Polypropylene covers help protect the contents during handling, while the non-stick poly pages are suitable for documents and photos. The page material is designed to help prevent print lift, so displayed work can remain in place as it is viewed.

A customizable cover and spine let you insert title sheets, making it easier to identify the presentation and give it a tailored look. This is useful when materials are prepared for a particular meeting, course or project. The black finish keeps attention on the contents, while the bound format makes it simple to turn through pages in sequence. Compared with carrying loose pages, this organized presentation format keeps selected materials together and ready to show.

Buyers describe the display book positively for its quality and presentation, while feedback about durability is mixed. Its defined pocket count and customizable labelling make it straightforward to prepare for a specific set of documents.

Usage tips

Arrange pages in the order you want people to view them, then add a title sheet to the cover and spine to identify the contents. The 12 protectors can hold up to 24 letter-size sheets, providing a practical format for double-sided or grouped presentation materials. Use the sleeves to keep documents or photos displayed and organized rather than passing around an unprotected stack. A clear cover title can also help distinguish one portfolio or project from another when several books are being used.

Best use cases

This presentation book suits business meetings, professional portfolios and academic work where a tidy sequence of pages helps communicate information. For example, bring a project proposal with its supporting pages arranged in order, then use the cover title to make the book easy to identify. The bound protectors are also useful for keeping a small collection of photos or reference cards together in a display format. It’s a good fit if you want a compact, customizable way to present a selected set of letter-size materials rather than simply store loose sheets.

Is it worth it?

Choose the Cardinal ShowFile when presentation and organization matter as much as keeping pages together. Its 12 bound protectors, capacity for 24 letter-size sheets, non-stick poly pages and customizable cover and spine support a polished, clearly labelled portfolio without adding complexity to preparation. It is a practical format for people who regularly share proposals, academic work, photos or other selected materials and want them ready to browse in order.
