BNDDUP Clear Tarp-8x12ft, 14 mil Clear PVC Tarp with Reinforced Edges

The clear 14 mil PVC construction helps shield outdoor areas from rain and wind while letting natural light through. That makes this tarp useful when you want cover without closing off the view.

At 8x12ft, it can cover a patio or greenhouse area, protect outdoor furniture, or serve as a chicken coop enclosure. Its transparent finish keeps the space bright and visible.

Reinforced edges, reinforced corners and rust-resistant aluminium grommets support secure attachment. Rope is included for setting up the cover.

The essentials

Made from 0.35 mm PVC, this waterproof tarp combines a clear finish with a reinforced build for practical outdoor coverage. The material is described as tear-resistant, and the edges have a rope hem, reinforced corners add support at key fastening points. Aluminium grommets are spaced every 20 inches, giving you regular attachment points when fitting the tarp to a frame or structure.

The clear material is designed to preserve visibility and allow sunlight through, unlike an opaque cover. That can be useful for a greenhouse or patio enclosure where you want shelter while keeping plants or the surrounding view visible. The 8x12ft size also suits covering furniture or making a sheltered area over a porch, pergola or balcony.

Usage tips

Use the grommets to fasten the tarp to a suitable frame or structure, with the included rope available for securing it. Even spacing between the eyelets helps organize the attachment along the edges. For cleaning, wipe the surface or rinse it with water, warm soapy water can be used for dirt, followed by air-drying. If creases are present after folding, the manufacturer suggests gently warming them with a hair dryer to soften the material.

Best use cases

For a greenhouse, the transparent PVC helps protect the covered area while admitting daylight. On a patio, porch, balcony or gazebo, it can form a clear cover or enclosure that maintains visibility instead of creating a solid visual barrier. It can also be used over outdoor furniture, garden areas or a chicken coop, with the grommets and reinforced edges helping you attach it around the space.

For camping or temporary outdoor shelter, its waterproof construction and included rope offer a straightforward covering option. Compared with choosing an opaque tarp for the same job, this clear version makes more sense when keeping the area bright and retaining a view are part of the goal.

Before you decide

Can I still see through the tarp once it is installed? The material is described as 99.99% transparent, so it is intended to preserve visibility and let natural light through while providing cover.

How can I secure it? Attach it through the aluminium grommets using suitable fastening points on the frame or structure. Rope is included, and the eyelets are spaced every 20 inches along the edges.

How do I clean and store it for reuse? Wipe or rinse away dirt, or use warm soapy water, then air-dry the tarp. It is described as reusable, making it suitable for repeated covering tasks.

When it makes sense

Choose this clear tarp when outdoor coverage needs to work alongside visibility and daylight. Its 8x12ft format, waterproof PVC, reinforced fastening points and included rope make it a practical fit for patios, greenhouses, porch areas and other outdoor spaces that benefit from a bright, covered enclosure.
