BETENWEL Full Size Mattress Topper, 1200 GSM Quilted Bamboo-Viscose Cover
Product description
At 54 x 75 inches, this Full Size mattress topper adds a soft, quilted layer to your bed. Its down alternative fill and 1200 GSM construction create a cushioned surface for everyday sleep.
The cover combines 60% polyester with 40% viscose from bamboo. The breathable fabric is designed to distribute heat evenly, making it a considered choice for sleepers who want a softer feel without choosing a memory foam topper.
A fitted design with stretch sides accommodates mattresses 8–21 inches deep. The elasticated sides help keep the topper in place as you move through the night.
Getting the most from it
Spread the topper out for a few days before use so it can return to its normal thickness after vacuum packaging. To help it regain its fluffiness, the product instructions suggest laying it in the sun for a few hours. Once settled on the bed, pull the fitted sides around the mattress for a secure fit. The 360° wrap makes it easier to put on or remove when changing bedding.
For care, machine wash gently in cold water and dry at a low temperature. Do not iron or dry clean. These simple care instructions make it practical to refresh the topper as part of your regular bedding routine.

What you’ll notice day to day
The soft, quilted surface adds cushioning between you and the mattress, while the bamboo-viscose fabric is described as breathable and designed to distribute heat evenly. That combination makes the topper useful for refreshing the feel of a bed while keeping the existing mattress in place. For example, it can add a softer layer to a Full Size bed used nightly, with the fitted sides helping hold it in position as you turn.
Compared with choosing a foam-style topper, this option centres on a quilted surface, down alternative fill and a breathable bamboo-viscose blend. It suits you if you want those features together in a fitted cover designed for deeper mattresses. Buyers commonly highlight the softness and fit, while opinions on how thick the padding feels are mixed, the 1200 GSM construction is a useful reference when comparing toppers.
Is it worth it?
This BETENWEL topper is a practical choice for adding a soft, quilted layer to a Full Size bed without replacing the mattress. Its deep-pocket fit, breathable bamboo-viscose fabric and machine-washable care give it clear everyday uses, whether you’re refreshing a guest bed or making your own sleep surface feel more cushioned. Choose it for a fitted topper that pairs a plush surface with a stretch-sided design for mattresses 8–21 inches deep.
