AKNEAR GK-AF95800-SX Rechargeable LED Flashlight, USB-C, Zoomable, 5 Modes

For hikers, campers and anyone who needs a handheld light for outdoor tasks, the AKNEAR GK-AF95800-SX combines adjustable beam focus with five lighting modes. Its rechargeable design and USB output add practical options for trips and power interruptions. Need a beam for close-range coverage or a more focused spot? Slide the flashlight head to choose between floodlight and spotlight.

How to use it

Stretch the head to adjust the beam from a broad floodlight to a focused spotlight, then select high, medium, low, strobe or SOS to suit the task. A broad beam can help illuminate a campsite or nearby work area, while a focused beam is useful when searching farther ahead. The SOS mode provides another lighting option for situations where a signal is useful.

Recharge the built-in battery through the USB-C port. The power display shows 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%, giving you a quick indication of charge status before heading out. Its USB output can also be used to charge a cell phone or another device, making the flashlight useful beyond lighting when you are away from a power source. The battery is built in and is not detachable or user-replaceable, so plan to recharge the unit rather than swap its battery.

What you’ll notice day to day

The cylindrical body measures 35 x 35 x 155 mm and is made of aluminium, with a rectangular head. Its handheld format suits jobs such as checking a dark path, setting up camp or keeping a light close by during a power outage. The adjustable beam and mode choices let you change how you use the light without carrying a separate spotlight and floodlight.

The display is a useful everyday detail: it makes the charge level visible at a glance, while USB-C charging gives the flashlight a familiar way to recharge. Buyers commonly praise its brightness, charging function, compact design and build. Feedback on battery life is mixed, so individual experiences vary, the stated runtime is up to 30 hours in moonlight mode when fully charged.

Worth noting

The flashlight is rated IPX7 waterproof and has a drop-resistant aluminium body, features suited to outdoor use in wet conditions and everyday handling. These specifications add practical reassurance for hiking and camping, where a light may encounter rain or bumps along the way. Use the zoomable head to adapt the beam to the surroundings, and select a mode that fits the task rather than relying on one fixed beam pattern.

Unlike a basic flashlight with a fixed beam and no charging output, this model brings adjustable focus, multiple modes, a charge-level display and a USB output together in one handheld light. That combination can be especially useful when you want lighting and a way to top up another device during an outing or an interruption at home.

Should you buy it?

Choose the AKNEAR GK-AF95800-SX if you want one rechargeable flashlight for camping, hiking, searching and household use, with the flexibility to switch between flood and spot lighting. Its five modes, visible charge display and USB output make it a practical fit for people who value adaptable illumination as well as a light they can carry on outdoor trips. The built-in battery and USB-C charging keep the setup straightforward: recharge the flashlight between uses, then take advantage of its adjustable beam wherever a portable light is needed.
