Agilestic DJ Electric Standing Desk, 55 x 28-Inch, Super White

Pros

A fixed-height desk suits a workspace built around one posture, while the Agilestic DJ lets you alternate between sitting and standing as your day changes. Its electric lift adjusts from 28.3 to 45.7 inches, so you can set the work surface to a comfortable position for different tasks. Want a roomy surface without giving up the flexibility to change your setup? The 55 x 28-inch desktop gives you space for a monitor, laptop, keyboard and everyday work essentials.

The reinforced steel frame supports up to 176 lbs, making this a practical base for a home office, study area or gaming setup. A smooth electric mechanism, memory presets and a wood desktop add useful everyday function, while the Super White finish brings a clean look to the room. A headphone hook is included to keep headphones close at hand and off the work surface.

Highlights

The electric height adjustment makes it easy to move between seated computer work and standing tasks without rebuilding your workstation. Save preferred heights with the memory presets, then switch positions with a touch. The motor operates at less than 45 dB, supporting a quieter adjustment as you settle into work, study or creative projects.

At 55 x 28 inches, the desk offers room to organize a larger setup rather than keeping everything tightly arranged on a compact surface. Use the space for a monitor and laptop, or spread out notebooks and supplies for writing and studying. The metal frame and lifting system are tested through 50,000 lift cycles, and the desktop is made from FSC-certified wood. ETL certification and ISED compliance are also listed for the desk.

Buyers frequently highlight the desk’s functionality, spacious size and straightforward assembly, and also speak positively about its adjustable height. Opinions about moving the desk are mixed, so it is best to plan its placement as part of setting up your workspace.

How to use it

Choose a spot for the desk that gives you room to work at both its seated and standing heights. The product is freestanding and intended for tasks including drafting, gaming, studying, working and writing. Once assembled, arrange your monitor, laptop and other daily essentials across the desktop, then set and save the heights that suit your usual seated and standing positions.

Assembly is recommended for two people. After setup, use the electric controls to adjust the desk as you shift between tasks—for example, staying seated for focused computer work and raising the surface for a standing study session. Keeping frequently used items within reach helps make practical use of the wide work area throughout the day.

Final verdict

The Agilestic DJ is a strong fit for anyone who wants a dedicated computer or study desk with the flexibility to change working height. Its 55 x 28-inch surface gives monitors and daily supplies room to spread out, while electric adjustment and memory presets make switching between seated and standing work straightforward. The steel frame, 176 lb support capacity and Super White wood desktop round out a functional setup for a home office, study room or gaming space.
