Key takeaways

The desk adjusts from 28.3 to 45.7 inches, so you can set a height that suits your current working position. Its electric lift is rated for up to 154 lbs, and the steel T-shaped frame provides the base for a stable workstation. The motor operates at under 55 dB while adjusting, and the controls include two memory keys for storing settings you use regularly. Rather than manually resetting the desk each time, you can select a saved height as your routine changes through the day.

The white engineered-wood desktop is FSC certified, and its low-VOC materials meet federal and state safe-air standards. Hooks on both sides offer a handy place to keep frequently used items within reach. During an upward or downward adjustment, anti-collision technology moves the desk one inch in the opposite direction if it encounters an obstacle. Assembly tools are included, and the assembly is designed for one person.

How it fits

With its rectangular 55 x 24-inch work surface, this desk suits a home office, study area or everyday computer setup. There is space to arrange a monitor, laptop and accessories while keeping the main work area usable. The adjustable height makes it especially practical when you want one workstation to support both seated tasks and standing periods, rather than relying on a fixed-height desk.

For example, you can save your preferred sitting and standing heights, then switch between them while moving from focused computer work to a reading or planning task. The side hooks help keep selected items close at hand without taking up desktop space. Buyers often praise the desk’s roomy surface, functionality and straightforward assembly, feedback about mobility is mixed, so experiences with moving the desk vary.

Usage tips

Assemble the frame and desktop according to the included instructions, using the supplied assembly tools. Before adjusting the height, keep the desk’s path clear so the anti-collision feature can respond to obstacles as intended. Once you find a comfortable working height, save it with a memory key, you can use the second key for another preferred position. Keeping commonly used accessories arranged within reach also helps make the most of the desk’s broad rectangular surface and side hooks.

When it makes sense

Worth considering if you want an electric sit-stand workstation with saved height settings and a 55 x 24-inch desktop for home office or study use. Compared with a fixed-height desk, this model lets you change the working height during the day, compared with a manually adjusted desk, its electric lift makes those changes at the press of a control. Its steel frame, 154 lbs load rating, two memory keys and obstacle-response feature make it a practical fit for a regular computer workspace where easy height changes matter.
