ZYHKON Sleep Earbuds Bluetooth 5.4

For side sleepers and anyone who wants audio at bedtime, the ZYHKON sleep earbuds are designed around a compact in-ear shape and a sleep mode that silences low-battery and shutdown alerts. Each earbud is listed at 3.0 grams, and the case adds a touchscreen for playback, calls, and settings. That combination is aimed at keeping controls handy without relying on phone prompts in the middle of the night. One important unknown: the listing gives no ear tip sizes or dimensions, so the fit will depend on your ears.

Technical details

The earbuds use Bluetooth 5.4 and 13mm dynamic drivers, with five EQ presets: Standard, Classic, Jazz, Rock, and Pop. The charging case has a full-color touchscreen for playback, volume, track changes, and calls, plus sleep mode, brightness and wallpaper controls, and seven language options. USB-C charging is listed at 1.5 hours for a full charge. The maker claims up to 48 hours of total playtime, that figure refers to the earbuds and case together, not a stated single-night runtime. It also describes the earbuds as having an acoustic chamber design intended to reduce sound leakage, but no noise-canceling feature is specified.

Getting the most from it

Pairing is described as automatic when you open the case, which suits a bedtime routine where you want to start a podcast or calming playlist without navigating several menus. The case touchscreen can handle basic adjustments, while the earbuds themselves also support touch control. For example, you could lower the volume from the case after getting into bed rather than reaching for your phone. Bluetooth 5.4 is the listed connection standard, but the product details do not name supported devices or operating systems, so check that your intended playback device supports Bluetooth audio.

The sleep mode is a practical distinction from ordinary wireless earbuds: it is intended to prevent low-battery and shutdown alerts from interrupting sleep. The product description says the earbuds remain silent in this mode, according to the maker. It suits you if you want small earbuds for nighttime listening and value on-case controls. Not the best choice if you need confirmed ear tip measurements, a stated water-resistance rating, or a documented runtime for the earbuds alone, those details are not provided here.

Usage tips

Check the battery level before bed, as the product itself recommends. If you plan to listen for several hours, that quick check matters more than the headline total-playtime figure, since the listing does not break down runtime by charge or volume. Try the EQ presets with your usual audio before settling in, then choose the one that makes voices or music comfortable at a low volume. The 3.0-gram-per-ear figure and polished shape suggest a lightweight design, but comfort while sleeping on your side is personal, a small profile does not guarantee a pressure-free fit for every ear.

Before you decide

Does sleep mode silence alerts? It is designed to turn off low-battery and shutdown alarms. The maker says the earbuds stay silent in this mode.

How long does charging take? A full charge is listed as 1.5 hours over USB-C. The stated up-to-48-hour playtime is total playtime, with no separate earbud-only figure given.

Can you change tracks without your phone? The case touchscreen and earbud touch controls are described as supporting playback and track changes. The listing does not explain every gesture, so expect to learn the control layout.

When it makes sense

Choose these if a compact design, bedtime alert control, and touchscreen case address the things you want from sleep earbuds. They offer more on-case settings than a basic pair focused only on playback, while the missing fit measurements and standalone runtime leave some practical questions open. If a secure, pressure-free side-sleep fit is your main requirement, prioritize products with detailed sizing or a return policy you are comfortable with, if you mainly want nighttime audio and convenient controls, the ZYHKON features are more directly relevant.
