## Description

A manual incline up to 12% adds a climbing option for home walking and jogging sessions. The ZPUFDYM 970NX also offers speed settings from 0.6 to 6.2 mph, so you can move from an easy walk to a jog on the same machine. Its folding design and transport wheels make it easier to store between workouts. Choose it for varied home exercise, a flat walking pad is a more basic fit when incline training is not part of the plan.

## On-body feel
The treadmill combines a six-layer shock absorption system with silicone shock absorbers and dual impact pads. Its anti-slip running surface supports steady steps, while safety handrails provide a place to hold during a workout. The brushless motor is described as quiet, a useful detail for home settings where reducing workout noise matters.

The manual incline lets you add an uphill element to a walk or jog without changing machines. Set the incline for a more demanding session, or keep it level for everyday walking. Because the adjustment is manual, choose the incline before you begin rather than expecting an electronic change during a workout.

## Pros
The speed range makes the 970NX suitable for different home routines, from a gentle walk to jogging. Its 12% incline offers an additional way to vary training, while the 3.0 HP brushless motor and 330-pound maximum weight recommendation support its use as a home treadmill for walking, running, or jogging.

For a practical routine, use a lower speed for a short walk while working nearby, then move to a faster setting for a separate jogging session. The LED display tracks time, speed, distance, and calories burned, giving you workout information at a glance. A safety key is included for use during exercise.

Unlike a simple, flat walking pad, this model pairs an incline with handrails and a speed range that also accommodates jogging. Its compact fold and wheels are useful when the treadmill needs to be moved or stored after a session. The frame is made of carbon steel, and the design is intended for home exercise.

The compact folded profile and transport wheels add practical convenience for making exercise part of a regular schedule.
