Zonamat Outdoor Chair Cushions 24 x 24 x 5.75-Inch

Highlights

A hard patio chair can make a relaxing afternoon feel less inviting, especially when the seat and back offer little cushioning. This Zonamat set adds a deep seat cushion and a separate backrest pillow, with ties to help keep them in place on outdoor furniture.

The seat measures 24 x 24 x 5.75 inches, and the back pillow measures 25 x 22.5 inches. Dark grey fabric gives the set a neutral look for a deck, porch, or garden seating area. The seat uses high-density foam for firmer support, the back pillow blends memory foam, cotton, and polyester for a softer feel against your back.

The cover is made from water-resistant Oxford polyester with a TPU-laminated inner lining. The fabric is also described as fade-resistant and UV-resistant. Those details make the set more suited to outdoor use than cushions intended only for indoor furniture, though the listed materials are not a reason to assume it can be left exposed in every kind of weather.

How to use it

Place the seat cushion on the chair and position the back pillow against the backrest. Tie the adjustable straps to suitable points on the furniture to help reduce shifting when someone sits down or gets up. The set includes one seat cushion and one backrest pillow, so check that your furniture can accommodate both pieces.

Keep in mind that “universal” does not mean a guaranteed fit: the seat’s stated dimensions are specific, and the product description recommends measuring your furniture first. That matters most with deep-seat chairs that have broad arms, unusual shapes, or a backrest that leaves limited room for a separate pillow. The cover has a hidden zipper, but the product details do not specify washing instructions, so don’t assume it is machine washable.

Practical tips

Measure the usable seat area rather than relying only on a chair’s overall width. Then compare it with the 24 x 24-inch cushion and allow for the 5.75-inch thickness when checking how the seat sits between the arms. For the back pillow, check both the available width and height. These measurements can help avoid a cushion that bunches up or takes up more room than expected.

Picture settling into a patio chair with the seat cushion centered and the back pillow tied in place: the foam seat provides a firmer base while the pillow adds a softer layer behind you. Reinforced piping is included along the edges. If you are comparing this with a simple seat pad, the main difference is that this set also supplies a separate back cushion, a single pad may be a better fit if your chair already has a comfortable back or has little space for an extra pillow.

Before you decide

Does the set include both seat and back cushions? Yes. It includes one seat cushion and one backrest pillow, with the dimensions listed above.

Are the cushions completely waterproof? The fabric is described as water-resistant and includes a TPU-laminated inner lining intended to help keep moisture from reaching the foam. The description does not establish that the cushions are fully waterproof in all conditions.

Will the cushions stay in place? Adjustable ties are included to help secure them to patio furniture. How well they fit will depend on whether your chair has suitable places to attach the ties.

When it makes sense

A solid pick if you want a matching seat-and-back cushion set for deep-seat patio furniture and its measurements suit your chair. The water-resistant lining, UV-resistant fabric, and ties address practical outdoor-use concerns, while the separate back pillow adds support beyond a basic seat pad. It might not be a great match if your furniture has a compact or unusually shaped seat, or if you need confirmed washing instructions or a promise of protection from prolonged exposure to weather.
