## Description

This over-ear gaming headset from ZIUMIER delivers immersive audio and a flexible microphone setup for multiplayer sessions and long playtimes. It combines 50 mm high-performance drivers with a unidirectional noise-canceling mic to help you catch footsteps and voices clearly while keeping background noise low during chats. The LED RGB lighting and soft foam ear cushions add comfort and atmosphere for extended gaming nights.

## Key Points

The headset features 50 mm drivers that aim to reproduce wide, detailed sound staging for gaming and media. According to the manufacturer, the unidirectional microphone reduces ambient noise and can be rotated up to 360 degrees for precise placement and voice capture. On-ear controls include a mute switch and a volume wheel for quick adjustments without leaving the game. Compatibility is broad thanks to a 3.5 mm connector that works with PS4, PS5, Xbox One, PC, Mac, laptops and many mobile devices. Note that legacy consoles like Xbox 360 and PS3 are not supported.

## Technical Specifications

- **Name: ZIUMIER Gaming Headset with Microphone**
- Driver size: 50 mm
- Microphone: unidirectional noise-canceling, adjustable 360 degrees
- Connection: 3.5 mm jack, wired compatibility with console and PC platforms
- Controls: inline mute switch and volume wheel
- Lighting: RGB LED gradient effect

## Usage Recommendations

For competitive play, position the microphone close to your mouth and angle it slightly away from direct breath to reduce plosives. The 3.5 mm wired connection ensures low latency audio for fast reaction in shooters. The soft leatherette ear pads cushion the ears during long sessions, but consider taking short breaks every couple of hours to avoid heat buildup. The RGB LEDs enhance setup aesthetics, and they work without software which makes setup straightforward.

## Positive Aspects

Comfort is a clear focus with plush foam padding and an over-ear design that helps isolate sound physically. The adjustable mic and hardware mute give simple, tactile control when you need to switch between team chat and single-player modes. Sound performance emphasises directional cues, which can be beneficial in competitive titles where locating opponents by audio matters. One nuance to keep in mind is that advanced surround processing, labelled as 7.1 stereo surround, typically depends on the audio source or platform processing and may vary according to the system in use. 🎧

The headset’s universal 3.5 mm plug keeps it versatile across devices, and onboard volume plus mute controls let you manage audio quickly without opening menus. For users who prefer wireless setups or require console-specific features like headset chat passthrough on older systems, this wired model may not cover those needs. 🔊🎮.
