## Description

When you want to give a cat a window-side resting spot without using floor space, a hook-on perch can make the sill part of the lounging area. The Zakkart XL model attaches to a window slot, with no drilling or suction cups required.

Its hardwood and metal frame pairs with a cushioned bed and raised bolsters, creating a defined place to curl up, nap, or watch outside. The XL bed measures 26.4 inches wide by 15 inches deep.

The bed removes for machine washing, so routine cleaning is straightforward. The perch can also be lifted and moved between windows when the setup changes.

## Technical overview

- Name: Zakkart CWP03-L-GR-L XL cat window perch
- Materials: Hardwood and metal frame, gray fabric bed
- Bed size: 26.4 inches wide by 15 inches deep
- Product dimensions: 26 x 15 x 9 inches
- Weight capacity: Up to 40 lbs
- Care: Remove the bed, machine wash in cold water, and tumble dry on low

The hook-on design keeps the resting area by the window rather than taking up room on the floor. A sewn-in sleeve attaches the bed to the frame, while the bolstered, plush surface gives cats a cushioned place to settle. Buyers commonly describe assembly and installation as easy, and mention that the perch feels stable in use and that their cats enjoy resting on it.

Compared with a floor-level cat bed, this design makes use of an elevated window area. It is especially useful in a smaller room or rental where keeping the floor clear matters, while offering a spot for a cat to relax near the view.

## Practical tips

Before setting it up, check that the window has a slot at least 0.5 inches deep for the hook, and at least 25.5 inches wide for the XL version. The hook is 0.08 inches thick, and the maximum window sill depth is 9 inches. Once positioned, the perch can be lifted off and relocated to another suitable window without drilling or removing suction cups.

For a typical routine, place it at a window your cat already likes to watch from, then remove the bed when it needs cleaning. Wash it in cold water and tumble dry on low before reinstalling it. The frame and washable bed make this a practical choice for a dedicated lounging spot that can be refreshed and moved as needed.

## In the box

The package includes one Zakkart cat window perch. The removable bed is part of the perch and can be taken off for washing.

## Before you decide

**What does the window need for installation?** The window must have a slot for the hook to anchor into. For the XL perch, the slot should be at least 0.5 inches deep and 25.5 inches wide, the maximum sill depth is 9 inches.

**How do you clean the bed?** Remove it from the frame, machine wash it in cold water, and tumble dry on low heat. Then reinstall it on the perch.

**How much weight can the perch support?** It supports up to 40 lbs. The XL bed measures 26.4 inches wide by 15 inches deep, providing a broad window-side lounging surface within that stated capacity.

## Should you buy it?

It suits you if you want to give your cat an elevated place to rest without taking up floor space and your window has the required slot. The washable bed, bolstered lounging surface, and hardwood-and-metal frame make the Zakkart XL a practical fit for a regular window-watching and napping spot.
