## Description

Quilted sponge side panels add padding for slides and contact during play. Four-way stretch fabric moves with your body, while a cup pocket lets you add a protective cup. These adult compression shorts are designed for baseball and football, with a lightweight feel for active movement.

## Where it shines
For baseball, the padded panels cover the thighs and glutes during slides, helping shield those areas from abrasion. They also suit football and other contact activities where fitted shorts and a pocket for a cup are useful. The pull-on design and elastic waistband keep the shorts simple to wear under a uniform or athletic clothing.

Compared with basic compression shorts, this pair combines stretch fabric with padded side panels and a cup pocket. That makes it a practical choice when sliding protection and the option to wear a cup matter alongside a close fit. The cup is sold separately and can be inserted into the pocket.

Buyers often praise the padding, comfort, and usefulness for baseball and football. Some describe the fit as true to size, while others say the shorts run small, so the waist range is a helpful reference when choosing a size.

## Highlights
The fabric is 82% nylon and 18% spandex, with high stretch and moisture-wicking features. That combination supports movement when running, crouching, and changing direction, while helping manage sweat during activity. The padded side panels add coverage without turning the shorts into a bulky outer layer.

The design is fitted, low-rise, and solid white, with a flat front and short length. An adult athlete can wear them as a base layer for practice or game day, with the cup pocket ready for a separately purchased cup when needed. The shorts are listed for year-round use and baseball and football.

## How to take care of it
Machine wash the shorts as directed in the care instructions. For regular use across practices and games, wash them after activity and let them dry before storing with other sports gear.

## Before you decide
**What sports are these shorts designed for?** They are listed for baseball and football. Their padded panels and compression fit also suit activities involving running, crouching, or sliding, such as the contact sports noted in the product details.

**Does the cup pocket include a cup?** No. The pocket is built into the shorts, and the cup is sold separately. Insert a compatible protective cup into the pocket before play when cup protection is needed.

**How do I choose a size?** Use the listed waist ranges: Small, 30–32 inches, Medium, 32–34 inches, Large, 34–36 inches, X-Large, 36–39 inches, and XX-Large, 39–43 inches. Buyer experiences with fit vary, so matching your waist measurement to the range is a useful starting point.

## Is it worth it?
These shorts bring padded sliding coverage, a fitted stretch construction, and a cup pocket together in one base layer. They are a useful pick for adult baseball and football players who want added coverage around the thighs and glutes while keeping a cup option available for play.
