## Description

Parents looking to protect a crib mattress or changing surface from everyday leaks get a reusable pad designed for both tasks. Its 40 x 31 in size creates a broad covered area for diaper changes, rest, and potty training.

The soft top layer is 100% organic cotton, with a waterproof TPU inner layer and terry cloth backing. A non-slip backing helps keep the pad in place during everyday use.

Use it on a crib mattress, changing table, or bed when you want a washable layer between the surface and spills. The manufacturer states that it can hold up to 8 cups of liquid.

## What you’ll notice day to day

The three-layer construction brings together a cotton surface, an absorbent inner layer, and a waterproof barrier. That combination helps manage everyday leaks while protecting the mattress or sheet underneath. The terry cloth backing adds a textured fabric layer, and its non-slip design helps reduce bunching or sliding as a baby rests or plays.

At 40 x 31 in, the pad offers coverage for more than a small changing area. It can also be used for potty training or placed on a bed as a reusable protector. Compared with a fitted protector that covers an entire mattress, a bed pad gives you a defined area to use on a crib, changing surface, or other suitable spot around the home.

Buyers mention the soft feel, convenient washing, and usefulness for changing and potty training. These are personal impressions, while the pad’s cotton top, waterproof TPU layer, and reusable design provide the practical basis for those everyday uses.

## Key points

The top layer is made from 100% organic cotton, the inner layer is waterproof TPU, and the back is terry cloth. This layered design combines a soft contact surface with a liquid barrier. The non-slip backing is intended to help the pad stay put, while the white star design adds a simple nursery accent.

The 40 x 31 in format is suited to crib and bed protection, diaper changes, and potty-training routines. The manufacturer also describes it for use on changing tables, during travel, or as a pet pad. For families who prefer a reusable cover to disposable changing liners, the machine-washable format can be used again after laundering.

## Care & maintenance

Machine wash the pad as part of its regular care. The manufacturer states that it is washer- and dryer-friendly and designed to withstand more than 400 machine washes without shrinking or fraying. Follow the care instructions when laundering so it is ready for the next changing, sleep, or potty-training routine.

## Buying verdict

This YIVEKO bed pad suits parents who want one reusable layer for crib protection and everyday changes, rather than a cover dedicated to a single surface. Its 40 x 31 in coverage, cotton top, waterproof TPU barrier, and non-slip backing make it practical for nursery use and potty training, with a machine-washable design for repeated use.
