## Description

A 28 x 20-inch cover can help keep a glass or ceramic electric stovetop clear of dust and everyday kitchen mess when it is not in use. This Tropical Palm Tree design also works as a countertop mat, including for draining dishes or setting down hot cookware. Choose it if you want one flexible mat for several surfaces, a dedicated stove cover may suit you better if you only need stovetop coverage.

## Specifications
- Name: Tropical Palm Tree Stove Top Cover
- Type: Washable, flexible cover and countertop mat
- Size: 28 x 20 inches
- Material: Natural rubber
- Heat resistance: Up to 400°F (200°C)
- Color/pattern: Tropical Palm Tree
- Weight: 1.4 pounds
- Features: Portable and washable

The size is intended to cover an electric stovetop, and the same mat can be used on a counter, table, or washer-dryer top. Its printed surface adds a decorative element, while the flexible material can be folded or rolled for storage. The stated heat resistance makes it suitable as a mat for hot cookware on a counter, but the product description says not to place it on active cookware or on induction cooktops that exceed 450°F. It is not a substitute for checking the conditions of the surface where you plan to use it.

## Who it’s for
This cover is for shoppers who want to protect a glass or ceramic electric stovetop from dust, grease, dirt, and scratches while adding a tropical print to the kitchen. It may also make sense for households that want a mat that can move between tasks: use it to catch drips beneath dishes, glasses, fruit, or vegetables, or as a coffee bar, pet feeding, tool, or plant-pot mat. Those alternate uses are described by the manufacturer, so the right fit depends on whether the 28 x 20-inch size and flexible format work for your surface and routine.

Worth considering if you prefer a multipurpose mat over a cover made only for the stove. Better avoided if you need a surface protector for active cookware or for an induction cooktop that exceeds the stated temperature guidance. For a practical kitchen setup, it could cover the stovetop when that surface is not being used, then serve as a drying mat when dishes are washed. That versatility is useful if you have space to store it between uses, though a fixed or fitted cover may be a better match if you do not want to move a mat around.

## In the box
The listing specifies two hooks for hanging the mat when it is not in use. The cover itself is described as foldable and can also be rolled up for storage. Spills and water droplets can be wiped away, for a deeper clean, the product description says to rinse it under water. No additional accessories are specified.

## What to clarify
**Will it fit my stovetop?** The listed size is 28 x 20 inches. Compare those measurements with the surface you intend to cover before choosing it, the listing does not provide a separate fit guide.

**Can it be used on a hot cooktop?** The cover is described as heat resistant up to 400°F (200°C), but the instructions say not to place it on active cookware and warn against covering induction cooktops that exceed 450°F. These details do not establish suitability for every cooktop or use condition.

**How should it be cleaned and stored?** The mat can be wiped clean or rinsed under water. Its flexible material can be folded or rolled, and the listing says the included hooks can be used for hanging storage.

## Final verdict
The YIKTI Tropical Palm Tree cover is most compelling if you want a large, washable mat that can protect an electric stovetop when not in use and do other kitchen jobs afterward. Its 28 x 20-inch format and stated heat resistance give it more uses than a cover intended only for keeping dust off a range. Make sure the dimensions suit your surface and follow the stated restrictions around active cookware and high-temperature induction cooktops.
