## Description

This yescool weighted blanket brings calm to restless nights by using deep pressure stimulation to help you relax and fall asleep faster. If you struggle with light, broken sleep or restlessness, this 20 lb queen blanket covers a single sleeper without overhanging and aims to add steady, soothing pressure across the body. A breathable, machine washable design keeps care simple, and premium glass beads stay locked in tightly stitched pockets for even weight distribution.

## Highlights

The blanket addresses the common problem of tossing and turning by applying gentle, even pressure across the torso, which can make it easier to wind down at night. If you prefer a firmer hug, the **20 lb** fill provides noticeable weight, while lighter users can start with smaller options according to the 7%–10% guideline. The cover’s breathable fabric reduces heat buildup, so you get the pressure benefits without feeling overheated. 🌙 For many users, the queen 60 x 80 inches size covers the body neatly and sits on top of the mattress without excess overhang, making bed making easier and giving a tidy look.

## Technical overview

- Name: **yescool - Weighted blanket for adults 20 lb Queen**
- Weight: 20 lb
- Size: 60 x 80 inches
- Material: breathable fabric with premium glass beads
- Care: machine washable cold on gentle cycle, air dry

## Who it’s for

It makes sense if you want a single-person weighted blanket that stays put and offers consistent pressure for relaxation or improved sleep onset. You’ll appreciate it if you weigh around 190 to 210 lb and want a queen-size layer that does not hang over the mattress, while also being easy to launder thanks to machine washability. 💧

It may not suit you if you prefer a very lightweight cover or if you need full bed coverage for two adults, since the queen size is recommended for single use and the blanket’s 20 lb weight targets users in a mid to higher weight range. Take into account the suggested weight ratio of about 7% to 10% of body weight according to manufacturer guidance.

## Benefits

Daily use can help reduce nighttime restlessness by offering a steady, calming pressure that many users find grounding. The tight 5 x 5 stitched compartments keep the glass beads from shifting, which maintains an even feel across the blanket even after washing. The breathable fabric aims to limit heat accumulation while still delivering the weight benefit. 💤

## Care & maintenance

Machine wash on a cold gentle cycle and air dry to preserve stitching and bead distribution, a method validated through multiple wash tests by the maker. For best results, follow the care labels and avoid high heat drying to protect the fabric and internal beads.
