## Description

This compact 75% mechanical keyboard combines a DIY multimedia display with a gasket mount design to deliver a quieter, more comfortable typing and gaming experience. It suits users who want deep customization and an out of the box tidy sound, while retaining full Mac and Windows compatibility. The first impression is visual and tactile, with a small screen that shows GIFs, volume, language and lighting status, and with hot-swappable switches for easy modding.

## Key points

The Womier SK80 pairs a creative color multimedia screen with a classic Cherry profile keycap theme to bring personality to your desk. You get a slightly angled screen at 11 degrees that keeps system info and RGB previews visible without breaking flow. The gasket mount and EVA positioning plate aim to soften keystrokes and reduce noise, so long typing or long sessions feel less fatiguing. For customization fans, software control unlocks GIF uploads, macro programming and music-synced lighting, which can be handy for streamers and players who like coordinated setups 🎮. Note that lighting and macro options depend on the driver according to the manufacturer.

## Who it’s for

**It suits you if** you enjoy customizing keyboards and value a compact layout with dedicated visual feedback, you swap switches often and prefer a softer, gasket-mounted typing feel. Players who like shorter layouts and creators who want a small display for quick status info will find this model appealing.

**It may not be a great match if** you need a full size layout with a numpad or prefer a purely wireless setup, because this model focuses on wired Type-C connection and a 75% footprint.

## What stands out

The hot-swappable PCB accepts 3Pin and 5Pin switches, making mods and maintenance straightforward, and the pre-lubed linear switches with south-facing diffusers deliver a clean sounding keystroke right away. RGB control offers 19 effects and 9 colors with adjustable brightness and flow, while the software enables GIF display and macro assignments. The themed black Kanagawa aesthetic keeps a cohesive look on the desk. Overall the SK80 emphasizes customizability, reduced typing noise and a visible status display for a more personal keyboard setup. 🎛️
