## Description

This set of adhesive metal plates lets you attach phones and tablets to magnetic, cradle-less mounts quickly and securely. Designed for everyday use in vehicles, on desks, or in kitchens, the pack includes two rectangular and two round plates so you can choose the best shape for your device and case.

## Key Points

These thin metal plates are made to work with magnetic mounts that rely on a metal surface to hold the device. They stick to the back of a phone or a case with an adhesive layer that the manufacturer describes as strong enough for normal use. Placement is flexible, so you can align a plate to match the magnetic puck on a car mount or center it for a clean desk setup. For users who switch between devices, the combination of rectangle and round plates adds compatibility with a wider range of mount designs. Note that the plates are painted black to be unobtrusive on most devices.

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **WixGear Mount Metal Plate (4-Pack)**
- Contents: **2 rectangular and 2 round plates**
- Color: Black
- Attachment: Adhesive backing
- Compatible with: Magnetic cradle-less mounts

## Usage Recommendations

Before applying a plate, clean the device or case surface with a dry cloth and allow it to dry completely. For best adhesion, press firmly for a few seconds and let the bond set for several hours before relying on the magnet for driving or other motion. If you prefer not to stick a plate directly on a premium finish, place it on the inside of a thin case when possible. Keep in mind that very thick or textured cases may reduce magnetic hold, and surfaces like silicone or fabric-backed cases might not retain the adhesive well, according to the manufacturer. If you plan to remove a plate later, do so carefully to avoid residue or surface marks.
