WISSMIELS LED Bathroom Mirror, 20" x 28

If you mainly need a reflective surface, a basic wall mirror may be enough. The WISSMIELS 20" x 28" LED bathroom mirror is aimed at a different routine: its front and back lighting add illumination for makeup, skincare, shaving, and grooming, while dimming and three color temperatures let you adjust the look of the light.

It also combines lighting with an anti-fog feature, so there are fewer reasons to wipe the glass after a shower. The main trade-off is that the heating pad clears the center most effectively, with performance decreasing toward the edges.

Technical details

This mirror has backlit and front-lit LEDs, touch-sensitive dimming, and warm, natural, and cool color settings at 3000K, 4000K, and 6000K. A memory function recalls the previous lighting setting. The anti-fog function has an automatic one-hour shutoff, and its central heating pad is designed to clear condensation outward rather than heat the entire surface evenly.

The mirror is made with 5mm tempered glass described as shatter-resistant and has a 20" x 28" format. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally. For power, the product lists both plug-in and hardwired options, and it includes two Z-bar mounting brackets. The listing does not provide further installation details, so the best setup will depend on the power connection and mounting arrangement in your bathroom.

Getting the most from it

It makes sense if you want task lighting built into the mirror rather than relying only on a ceiling fixture. For example, switching to a cooler setting to shave or apply makeup, then lowering the brightness for a softer bathroom atmosphere, makes use of the adjustable light without adding a separate vanity lamp.

The memory function is useful if you prefer the same setting each time you turn the mirror on. After a shower, the defogger can help restore a clear view, but the center-focused heating is an important practical limit: condensation near the outer edges may take longer to clear. If you need the whole mirror to defog uniformly, that detail matters more than the advertised convenience.

Usage tips

Choose the orientation before mounting, since the mirror supports both vertical and horizontal hanging. Decide whether plug-in or hardwired power suits the bathroom installation, the listing confirms both options but does not spell out the specific electrical requirements. Use the touch controls to set brightness and color temperature for the task at hand, and allow for the central heating pad’s coverage when positioning yourself to use the mirror after a hot shower.

It might not be a great match if you want a simple mirror with no lighting features, or if even defogging across the full surface is a priority. On the spec sheet, the combination of dual lighting and tempered glass is appealing, but the central heating coverage is the detail most likely to shape day-to-day satisfaction.

Practical doubts

Can the mirror be hung either way? Yes. The product description says it supports vertical or horizontal mounting and includes two Z-bar brackets.

Does it offer more than one light color? Yes. It has warm, natural, and cool settings, alongside dimmable brightness.

Will the anti-fog feature clear every part of the glass equally? No such coverage is promised. The heating pad is in the center, and its effect decreases toward the edges.

Buying verdict

Choose this WISSMIELS mirror if you want a lighted vanity mirror with adjustable brightness, three color temperatures, and a memory setting, and you can use the center-focused defogging. Skip it if your priority is an unlit basic mirror or consistently clear glass all the way to the edges after a shower.
