A 5% manual incline adds an option for a more challenging walk. Choose this compact walking-pad format for movement alongside desk work, a full-size treadmill serves a different, dedicated workout setup.

## Getting the most from it
Set the walking pad beneath a desk for a workday walking routine, or use it on its own for indoor walking. Adjust the pace with the remote, and use pause or stop when you need to step away. The manual incline offers another way to vary a walk without changing the setup. Time, distance, calories, and speed tracking help you follow each session.

The compact, portable design is intended for home or office use. Product information describes it as ready to use without assembly, so it can be set up for walking straight out of the box. Customers also highlight its easy setup, quiet operation, and convenience for moving or storing between uses. Their comments make it especially relevant for people looking to add walking to a home workspace without dedicating the room to a larger treadmill.

## Practical tips
Place the pad on a suitable indoor floor and position it beneath your desk when you want to walk while working. Start at a pace that works for the task at hand, then use the remote to adjust speed or pause. For a standalone walk, the manual incline provides a way to add challenge while keeping the same compact setup. The non-slip belt and side rails support a more secure walking surface during indoor use.
