## Description

Its 12-foot width gives you room to keep a substantial firewood supply together instead of scattered in smaller piles. The included cover adds a layer of protection from rain, snow, and UV exposure, while the raised frame helps separate logs from ground-level moisture. That makes the setup practical beside a patio or outdoor fire area, where you want to grab wood without moving a loose stack. The vents are intended to limit moisture entry, but they don’t make covered firewood immune to damp conditions.

## Getting the most from it

Stack split logs neatly across the rack, then use the cover to shield the stored wood between fires. For example, you could keep the evening’s supply close to the patio and take logs from one organized stack rather than carrying them over from a scattered pile. The six-inch lift allows air to move beneath the wood, and the crossed legs and two lock rings are designed to help stabilize the loaded rack. Keep the footprint in mind before choosing a spot: at 12 feet wide and 14 inches deep, it needs a long, reasonably level area. If you place it somewhere exposed, the cover and vents can help manage weather, but airflow and local conditions still matter.

## Why it’s worth it

The main appeal is the combination of generous storage and weather-oriented features. The maker lists capacity for three-quarter face cord and a load rating of up to 1,800 pounds, alongside a tubular steel frame. Those figures are useful when comparing it with a basic uncovered holder, though they don’t tell you how much wood you’ll store in practice, log size and stacking will affect the fit. The 600D Oxford cover has a PU coating, and the frame’s crossed-leg design aims to limit wobbling under load. Worth considering if you want one long rack for a larger supply, rather than several smaller stacks. It may not suit you if your available space is narrow or you need a compact, easy-to-place holder.

## The essentials

This is a 12-foot-wide outdoor firewood rack with a cover, a listed 14-inch depth, and a 48-inch height. It stands six inches off the ground and uses a steel frame, two lock rings, and crossed legs. The cover is made from 600D Oxford fabric with a PU coating, vents are included to help reduce moisture entry. According to the maker, the rack is intended for indoor or outdoor use, but the cover’s presence doesn’t remove the need to store wood where it can get adequate airflow. Check that the long footprint works for your space and that the rack’s stated capacity matches the amount of firewood you plan to keep on hand.

## Is it worth it?

Choose it if your priority is keeping a larger wood supply consolidated, lifted off the ground, and covered near where you use it. If you prioritize weather coverage and storage volume, this offers more than a simple open rack, if you prefer a smaller, less space-demanding setup, a compact holder may make more sense. Its long footprint is the clearest tradeoff, and the cover should be treated as added protection rather than a promise that wood will stay dry in every condition.
